I ran down the stairs like a baby  elephant, the tv was on loud and my brother was watching the cartoons and laughing.
        Mum and Dad were in the kitchen helping each other do the breakfast ,  mum called us , I helped my brother into his chair and put his bib on , we all sat around the table eating egg and soldiers , my  brother making a mess asual , he had egg in his hair and on his face, mum put a wet cloth on his face and hair and made him all clean again, my parents had different meal to us they had bacon and eggs on fried bread.
             Mum got us ready to go out brought my brother pushchair in case he got tired of walking,  we were going shopping down the road which I hate , because mum would stop and chat to everyone she knew, myself i would moan and my brother began to cry , I only went shopping so I could get the free lollipop in the furniture shop. Mum went into the different food shops to buy fruit and veg, I like the smell in here , I don't know why , the same as the butchers, I love the smell of the sausages that were hanging up. we came home , mum put the food away,  I helped my brother take his jacket off and hanged it up in the hallway with our shoes on the floor.  I told ian to go and hide and I will find him , he kept laughing so I found him straight away.  We ran around the room after each other, we got tired , ian fell asleep on the sofa and I just did my colouring in my book.  My sister Carol was staying at her friends having a sleep over. It was evening we had our tea we went to bed early because Sunday our cousins were coming over like they always do on the weekends.
