Joni  is a bewitching tale of a little girl, called Joni, found by a budgie. Steve finds her, wounded by one of the budgie. He cleans her up, and takes her in. Later in the story, he slowly falls for this little creature, so much like a human, yet, so different. 

Annika, you have done a great job at framing this story of fantasy. Well done!
