My life gets weirder and weirder....

So anyways I have these night vision goggles and I was messing with them, and I looked near our fireplace and I saw weird things flying around. They were white, and a little smaller than a golf ball but bigger than dust. They went up and sideways and dust can't go upwards. So I asked my mom to look too and she saw them too. So we checked around there, and no dust or bug or anything. It was cool, and weird. What do you guys think?
