Intro:
You have known Karma Akabane for a few years now and you have grown to have feelings for him. However, once he begins to hang out more with Rio-chan more. You begin to become afraid that Rio will take Karma from you.

You sighed as you pulled a strand of hair behind your ear while you made your way to the classroom. A few books were hugged to your chest as you tried your best not to run into Karma. You didn't feel like seeing him.. it made your heart ache and feel as if it were being shattered.

You flinched when you bumped into someone, almost falling back. A hand grasped one of your shoulders which kept you from falling. You blinked a few times and looked up, only to see that it had been Karma you ran into.

"Hey, you alright?" He questioned.

You switched your gaze quickly away from him and bit your bottom lip lightly. "Yeh I'm fine."

You quickly looked down, your bangs covering your eyes as you pushed passed him. A hand grasped your wrist tightly, causing you to stop in your tracks and turn to Karma.

He had a slightly serious expression across his face that made your eyes slowly look to the floor.

"Why have you been avoiding me?" He asked, his voice a bit loud, making you quiver slightly.

"I-I'm not!" You quickly yelled as you tried to tug your wrist free, but his hold only tightened, making you wince.
"Wh-what's your problem!"

"What's my problem? My problem is that my best friend has been ignoring me," Karma growled.

You glared at him and continued to try and tug free. "Let me go!"

"Hey"

You and Karma stopped and looked to see Rio standing in the hallway. "What's going on??"

You clicked your tongue and took the chance to pull your wrist free. You then turned on your heels and raced off down the hallway. The sound of Karma calling your name echoed through the halls, but you simply ignored him. 'I know he likes her... he's going to replace me with her I know it,...'

You sniffled as tears formed in the corners of your eyes. You quickly wiped them away as you approached the classroom.

You tugged at the door to try and open it, but it wouldn't open. You sighed as you realized it was the wrong classroom. You quickly turned to dash to the next class when you were stopped by a hand once again.

You winced at the tight hold and turned to glare at Karma who was with Rio. "Let me go you bastard!!"

Karma sighed and looked at you, his expression having a look of slight worry. "Tell me what's wrong.."

You sniffled slightly as tears filled your eyes. You looked to Rio and then back to Karma as you choked back whimpers. "You're too mean! I don't like you! F*ck you anyway! You make me wanna scream at the top of my lungs!" You suddenly screamed without thinking.

Karma widened his eyes as he released you and looked to you. He then clicked his tongue and glared darkly at you. "F*ck you too!" He yelled. He then looked to Rio as he turned. "Let's go Rio."

Rio looked to you and then to Karma, letting out a sigh.

You were left standing there. Tears streaming down your cheeks. Your mind scrambled with many thoughts. And your heart shattered into millions of pieces. You sank to your knees and sobbed.

*lunch time*
You were hiding in the bathroom, sobbing your heart out until the lunch bell rang. You left the bathroom and walked outside to eat your lunch. You sniffled lightly as you approached the forest.

You sat down on a boulder and placed your bento onto your lap. You let out a sigh and slid out your chopsticks.

"(Y/n)"

You flinched at hearing this and looked up to see Kayano-chan.

"H-hey," you croaked out, bowing your head again.

Kayano sat down next to you and glanced at you. "Rio told me about earlier,... with you and Karma... you alright?"

You blinked a few times and looked to Kayano. "Rio.... told.... yes I'm fine.."

Kayano smiled lightly and placed a hand on your shoulder. "Please tell me what's wrong.. me, Okuda, and Rio are really worried about you... I bet Karma is too.."

You sighed and glanced away from her. "I-It's complicated.."

"I'm sure I'll understand," Kayano said with a smile.

You sighed again before looking to her. "Well... I've been down lately because... because..... well.... I'm afraid that... Karma's going to replace me with Rio... It hurts whenever.... whenever they are together and having a good time.. a-and I'm left out.."

Tears welled up in your eyes once again while Kayano frowned and patted your back lightly. "Don't worry, I'm sure he wouldn't do that... right Karma?"

You flinched and widened your eyes as you stood up, dropping your bento onto the floor, turning around. You let out a small gasp when you saw Karma standing there.

"K-Karma...." You muttered before looking down at the ground.

"(Y/n).... Why the hell would you think that!?" Karma growled as he glared at you. You flinched as his yelling and whimpered slightly.

Karma sighed at this and walked up to you before wrapping his arms around you in a tight embrace. "I would never replace someone like you... Your ... Someone special to me...."

You felt your heart skip a beat while blush faded onto your cheeks. "O-oh..." You mumbled out as you wrapped your arms around him tightly.

Kayano smiled at the sight of the two while Rio stepped out from some nearby bushes. She walked over to you once Karma pulled away.

"Hey, I heard what you said.. There's no need to get so worried! I only see Karma as a friend .. And I know I couldn't replace someone like you.. I mean how could I replace someone Karma lo-" She said, before Karma quickly cupped a hand over her mouth.

"Sh-shut the hell up," he growled in a whisper.

Rio let out a laugh when he moved his hand from her mouth. "Okay okay, calm down lover boy!"

You blushed and smiled as you let out a laugh. It honestly felt really good to laugh.. Considering the fact that you haven't laughed in a really long time.

"Don't worry Karma... Um... I-I.. I love you..," you managed to say as you looked him in the eyes.

Karma smirked lightly as he placed a hand on the top of your head. "I'm glad to hear that."

"Ahem, before you two start smooching I'm just gonna go back into the bushes," Rio said as she pointed her thumb back at the bush she came out of before she stepped into it.

You and Karma blushed while Kayano let out a giggle. "Yeh. I'll go head back and talk to Nagisa. Make sure not to get carried away okay?"

"W-we won't!" You stuttered out, making a pout.

Karma laughed and smirked widely. "Maybe..."

"What!? What does that mean?!" You exclaimed as you blushed a bright red and looked at Karma.

"Hmm, that means I might end up getting carried away since I've been wanting to kiss you for some time now~" he purred out before letting out a laugh.

"Ugh! Really! You ch-chose a time like this to tease me?!" You growled with a small huff.

"Okay okay calm down, I'll kiss you now if that'll please you," he said as he wrapped his arms around your waist.

"F-fine, Baka," you mumbled as you cupped his cheeks lightly. You then leaned up and pressed your lips lightly against his.

Karma kissed back as he smirked into the kiss and pressed closer against you.

You let out a squeak of surprise and pulled away from the kiss. "there.. Now let's get to class.."

Karma nodded his head as he began to walk towards the classroom. You jogged up to his side and hugged his arm. "I really love you Karma.."

"I really love you too (y/n)~" he said as he pecked your cheek.
