I pick up my phone quickly as I see a text from Liam. A small grin finds its place on my lips as I read his message.

From Lucas:

Would you like to come over to my flat for awhile? We're attacking tomorrow night. If your dad tries to do something, I want you to be gone. Come over? We'll attack tomorrow, and you'll stay with me for the next few days xx

To Lucas:

Of course! I would love to come over. What time?(: xx

I couldn't help but have my heart flutter as I read his reply.

How about 7:00? My address is 672 N. WashOver Way. Can't wait to see you(; xx

Butterflies erupt I my stomach. He put a winky face. A fucking winky face.

Is this boy trying to kill me? I take a deep breath to calm myself before replying.
