1. OPEN pixlr.com/editor and set the dimensions.

*4000 was an accident.

2. Open the required png and set a required background.

3. Select marquee tool.

5. Now select the 'select tool' and when the '+' with arrows becomes '✂', drag the selected area sideways without moving up or down.

6. Right-click and deselect all. Now using marquee tool, measure the previous selection. Move that down wards so it looks like:

now place your finger on the red point (manual work lol) and drag the selection till the top edge touches the tip of it.

7. Continue the same steps and the result after adding text:

FOR THE RECTANGLE BORDER:

1. Add a new layer.

2. Choose the 'drawing tool' and set the settings to:

Border: 4 for the result i'll show you, 6 for the best thickness.

Unmark fill shape.

Change the color to any required one you like.

3. After done dragging and drawing if not happy with the result, you can click 'edit' and then 'free transform'.

4. Drag to required size.
