We all sat in Alazae's hospital room silently, there were no words to be said. She laid there with bandages all over her body. I watched as her chest rose and fell. She was brought into the hospital just a few hours ago, and his been asleep since, she was hooked up to all kinds of machines.

The doctor came in the room with a mixed nurse. She woke Alazae up and gave her a cup of water and two pills."Good evening Alazae, My name is Dr.Brown. You were brought in by an old lady that found you on the road side. When they rushed you in you had a stab wound, luckily it didn't hit a femoral artery, so you'll be walking in no time. But as of now we want that leg on rest. We examined your lower area and noticed injuries that provided us with the theory that you were raped" Doctor.Brown said. "Noooooo they raped my grandbaby" Grams shouted before she broke down in tears. My mom comforted her as she wept in her arms.

"Granny I'm okay I promise" Alazae said in a low tone, but her voice said otherwise. "Visiting hours are over but we're allowing one person to stay back with Alazae through the night if possible."I'll do it" I said as I looked at Grams. She nodded and walked out of the room after she kissed Alazae's forehead.

Everyone else left and soon enough it was just me and Alazae. Her back was turned towards me so she was facing the window that viewed the city. "RJ? Do you think me getting kidnapped and raped was payback for all the times I was wrong?" She asked. "Nah Zae, if anything this shit is uncalled for. You're nice to everyone, you welcome people and the people who betray your trust you always forgive and forget, that's why I like you Alazae" I replied. "Ya think so?" She said turning to me. "Yeah I do" I replied smiling at her she returned the smile. No words were said we just looked into each other's eyes. "Isaiah said he only kidnapped me because of beef he has with you" she said breaking the silence. "Yeahh I'm really sorry you were his target" I said looking down. She frowned but then smiled. "I'm happy I was his target, I'd rather it be me than your little sister because she was his original target" she said as she looked at her leg. "No girl I know would do that thank you Alazae"

RJ and I stayed up talking for hours and hours about random things. Tonight we actually connected with each other like back when we were dating and even before we were dating. I honestly still have feelings but I'm done with relationships.

Now RJ is asleep but I was still awake looking out the window, I'm grateful for all the things I have but I'm worried about when Isaiah plans on taking me. Soon enough I drifted off to sleep.
