straight doesn't mean bad. just because something is straight doesn't mean it's bad. no, straights are not oppressed. they don't need pride or any of that shit. but they're not bad.

take la la land for example. i've seen people on tumblr call it a "gross straight film". would la la land be better as a gay or lesbian film? yes!! was it inherently bad because it was straight? no!! there's a difference. yet some people don't see that.

yes, we need a shit ton more representation. but that doesn't mean anything straight is bad.

i know this was a short rant, but i just wanted to say it.
