I just spent about 6 hours putting together my ceramics box and making it look like a box

My tongue and mouth feel raw-ish, now, 'cause I have a habit of rubbing my tongue against my teeth and/or the roof of my mouth whenever I'm doing art stuff. I don't know why it seems to mainly happen then, tho
