Lightkit woke to the feeling of prodding into her side and blinked open one eye Noticing sparrowkit's bright blue gaze and yawned.
"Let's go explore!!!" The kit exclaimed and jumped.
I groaned and stood up, feeling my drowsiness taking over my body and making me want to sleep.
I stood up and stepped out, almost tripping over a lose pebble.
Great. Looking up at the stone ledge and seeing nightkit clambering up the ledge.
How do I get up there? Night kit was a few moons older than me and had a bossy brother who didn't seem to want to be friends. She hadn't even thought of climbing up that hill of rocks before but I was eager to try.
I started climbing up the hill trying not to look down. I couldn't resit it and looked down, my eyes widening at the faraway ground and I shivered.
I kept climbing and climbing but seemed to not get any closer. I gulped and started forward, but lost my paw hold and felt myself tumbling down of the ledge. Before I felt the hard pound on the ground, I past out and darkness overwhelmed my body, so I fell down. Limp as prey.
