You pulled a carton of ice cream out of your freezer and dug into it with a spoon. Your eyes were still red from crying through the night and your throat hurt. "I left him...I left him." was all that you had been saying. Your heart felt like it was breaking into a thousand pieces.Your better half was in the hospital, hurting, and you were at home.All the pictures on the wall were just broken memories of you two.Pictures of you at the park, at the zoo, kissing on the couch. All a nightmare of the mess that had been created.

"[Y/N]? [Y/N],open up!" Your friend banged at the door. "Let me in!"

You slowly got up and opened the door. "What?"

"How could you leave him like that? Do you know what you are going to do to him?"

You blinked at your friend and licked the ice cream off of the spoon. "Do you think I wanted to leave him? Do you honestly believe that I don't love him anymore?"

"I know that you loved Harry more than life itself and you would never leave him.Ever!" She slammed the door shut and pushed you to the couch. "Tell me what happened!"

You set the carton on the coffee table and wiped your hands on your sweatpants. "His PR told me it was best for Harry if I left. It was only ruining his career and I don't want to mess that up for him. He loves singing too much to let it go. I didn't want to be the one to take it from him."

"Are you kidding me?! Harry would leave the band a thousand times over if it meant spending the rest of his life with you! That scumbag made you believe you were the wrong choice. Why I otta go over there and ring his neck! How dare he.." Your friend muttered on about how sleazy the guy was.

"No." You shook your head. "No, don't go. I made my decision. I can't go back. Harry hates me by now and I don't want to see the rejection on his face. I made the right choice. By letting him go I am setting him free to pursue his career."

"Enough of this nonsense! You are going back to that hospital to your ailing boyfriend and you are going to clear up this mess! You love each other too much to let this go!"

"I'm not going back!" You grabbed the ice cream and started to eat some, when you heard a voice outside.

"Isn't she lovely? Isn't she wonderful?-"

"What?!"You ran to the window and saw Harry outside, looking at your window,singing to you.

He looked at you and pointed. "Come down here right now, [Y/N]! I need to talk to you!"

You opened the window and stared down at him. "No!"

"Why did you leave me? What did I do, baby? Tell me and I'll change it!" Harry's eyes clouded and teared up. "Just talk to me."

"If I come down,I will never leave you again! I have to stay up here for the best!"

"What? [Y/N],what are you talking about? This isn't what's best for us!"

"Yes, it is!"You yelled down to him. "I don't want to jeopardize your career. I will do you no good. Can't you see that? I'm just dragging you down!"

"[Y/N], baby,come down! I know what is best for us! And I don't know where you got that idea, but you leaving won't fix anything. If you leave, it will kill me. I'll snap. Baby, I love you. I never want to leave you."Harry let the tears stream down his face. "Come down."

"If I comeback," you choked up. "If I come back, it will only destroy the band and your career! Your PR-"

"What? My PR said that to you? Baby, my PR doesn't know what's best for me! I know what's best for me and that's you! [Y/N], I never want you to leave me again! Marry me! Become my wife!"

"What?! Harry, I can't!"

"Yes you can!Marry me and never leave my side again!" Harry held out his hand."Please come down."
