Yes! It's your fox buddy Scarlet! I'm terrible sorry, I should of done this sooner, but I'm back, updates might be slow, but anyway, enjoy both my return, and this return! And the oneshot.. lol.

Lin sat down by the window, staring out into the horizon, waiting.

Dr. K was keeping Lin company and taking care of him while Puro was out adventuring and discovering what was left of the human world.

"K." Lin spoke as he turned away from the window to look at Dr. K, seeing that he was kinda busy with the lab equipment and unstable chemicals.

"Yes?" Dr. K asked as he sat down a box, as he did it made a rattle noise, he struggled a bit as he stood up, popping his back as he did so.

"When will Puro be back?" Lin asked as he got up and went over to Dr. K.

"Lin, I don't know, but I'm sure he's fine. Why don't you help me with the lab equipment and chemicals into my lab? I could use the help." Dr. K told.

Lin sighed and shrugged, "I guess so." He replied.

"Splendid! Now, the other things are in the other room, now be careful and try not to grab a box that will break your back. I'd hate to explain to Puro why you have a body cast." Dr. K said as he picked up the box with a huff and began to slowly walk to the lab.

Lin sighed as he walked over into the other room, it was kinda dark, so he turned on the light, which lasted for nothing more but 2 seconds before the light bulb exploded.

"Well so much for killing the lights." Lin said which made himself chuckle a bit, before he picked up a bit full of chemicals.

As he quickly rushed to get the box into the lab, he tripped over some cords and the box hit the ground, with the sound of glass breaking.

"Uh oh." Lin said, he quickly got up and opened the box, unaware that chemicals were oozing out of the box at the bottom.

But opening the box didn't quite help either as a mix color of smoke puffed out and made Lin cough.

Dr. K heard the noises and began to rush back into the room, "Lin? What is going on in h-" he was cut off.

Dr. K saw a box, broken glass and mix chemicals, along with a white wolf pup.

"What a bloody surprise, now I'm sure that Puro will be certainly mad at me." Dr. K said as he picked up the pup.

"Dr. K! Put me down!" Lin yelled, but unfortunately a side effect was that he could speak English, but no one else could hear him.

"Great." Dr. K said as he groaned and rolled his eyes.

~A Week Later~

Puro came through the door with a bag over his arm, "Puro's back!" He announced.

Dr. K heard him from his lab, groaning, "Why couldn't he be smart enough to not say his name in ever sentence." He mumbled.

"Puro heard that!" Puro yelled at Dr. K, which made Dr. K cringe and freeze.

Puro was then greeted by a white wolf pup pouncing on his legs.

"Puro! You're back! Bring me anything?" Lin asked, but Puro heard only barks.

"Human!?" Puro asked in both fear and confusion.

"Puro finds this impossible!" Puro said as he picked up Lin and observed him.

Dr. K went over slowly and closed the door, locking it, "I'm not explaining his mistake." He quietly said to himself and went back to work.
