I have to make a decision on this sooner or later, and I'd rather do it sooner than later. I think I'll talk to Ava about it. I get home and decide to call her.

Three rings and she answers, "Hello?"

"Hey, Ava, it's Gwen," I answer.

"Oh, hey! What's up?"

"I just need to talk about something with you."

"Okay, go ahead."

"If it were up to you, would you rather end up pissing off someone you've known for a few days, or someone you've known for a long time?"

She takes a minute to answer, "I would probably rather upset the person that I didn't know as well, especially if I loved the other person."

"Okay, that's all I needed, thank you."

"Anytime, love. I hope everything is okay."

"It is, goodbye!"

"Goodbye!"

After we hang up, my decision is made. I have to talk to Roland tomorrow.
