She's in heat and has a high chance of producing a mutated cub.
There are good and bad mutations.
Good ones inculde leopons, pibald, over grown features, and a primal look.
Bad mutations inculde conjoined cubs, two headed ect (all bad mutes die)

Its not a hundred percent and we could get a good mutation!
