There is the idea that our world, the world you live in, is only a fraction, a mere particle in the vast universe. It is tiny, small, and almost unnoticeable. It is only one of many.

And if you believe that, then allow me to broaden the horizon even more.

Let's say you believe in parallel universes. If that's the case, then you would understand there are different possible versions of your world. You abide by the law of gravity in one world while in another world you may be able to fly through the sky. There are places where invisibility is common, and places where walking is unheard of. We already have this concept, in a sense, if you think about it.

Heaven, Hell, Purgatory, the Underworld, or even the spiritual realm. Depends on your beliefs. Even your own beliefs may be a world on its own.

These versions of our world, realms if I may say, are just as varied as you can think them to be. They contain beings that are like us and beings that are not like us. They contain certain phenomenon that you could only dream of, and some don't even have the ones you live with.

Most beings don't know of the other realms, just like how most people in your world live on without thinking of all the demons, angels, shadows, elementals, etc. living in all these realms. It's not exactly publicly known.

But it's there. And these realms always clash. There will always be an arguement between an angel and a demon, there will always be an odd animal you've never seen before crawling around on the street at night, and no matter the realm, spiders will always scare you.

This is a story of beings in such realms. Not the spider one, mind you. A few well known ones, and some you've never considered before.
