Sorry for the wait guys. I've been busy with my home life and school. I'll update this story when I can. I also want to give some credit to -majesticsbutter

Shiro was taking care of Kira who was now a bit older than she was a week back. Her hair is still very short and frizzy. Her eyes glowed a bit.

Always full of life and happiness...just like her mother's. Although Shiro did have Max back he knew it would never be his Max. 

Kira still couldn't say much. She would try to say 'Mama' or 'Papa' but would fail and blow raspberry instead. It was cute and warmed Shiro's heart.

Then he heard a song singing voice coming down the hall. The voice was soft yet strong. It was like a sirens call. Now he and Kira wanted to know who was singing so wonderfully.

Walking down the hall the singing got louder. It was comming from..Miki's room? Why would singing be coming from her room?

As they got close Shiro takes a notice of the voice. It was Max. But...he never knew that she could sing. It was so capturing and held him in place.

Kira's eyes sparkled as she listened to her mother singing. She like it a lot and wanted to hear more of it. She then makes a loud sound.

That sound catches Max's attention. She looked over at the doorway to see Shiro and her daughter. She gives them a soft smile.

Shiro sighed and walked into the room. "Hey there Max." He was somewhat... nervous about speaking to her but why? He's known her since like forever.

"Hey there tall tree" Max responds using the nickname she gave him. "Hello little Kira" she wiggled her finger at her.

Kira babbles and reaches out of her. Shiro hands her over to her mother. The two looked happy to be within each others presents.

"Don't you even think about leaving me dork face" Max says to the black paladin. "I want you to stay here. With us-" she was going to say more but Kira had other plans.

"Mama" she says. This took them both by surprise. "What was that princess?" Shiro asked. "I think she said my name" Max states.

"Mama" Kira says again but giggling this time. "Mama mama mama mama mama!" She repeated over and over. This made her parents laugh a bit.

"You're such a smart girl you know that Kira? You're my little girl. You'll be big and strong. Hopefully you don't get my height and get your father's"

"What you're that not that small Max" he jokes. "Oh hush you. You sometimes can't fit though the door way." She jokes back.

They then stick each others tongues at each other and laughed. Kira looked at them as if they were the most entertaining thing in the glaxay. "Babahh!"

"Babahh?"
"What's babahh?"
"Does it look like I know Tall Tree"
"Okay okay no need to be feisty"
"Ha! Look who's talking"

The conversation between the two dork faces went on for a while until Kira started to cry. "Hm? What is it princess?" They happened to asked at the same time.

Kira didn't answer them just keep crying. Max sighed "I forgot how hard it is to keep her calm.." She blows some of her hair out of her face.

"Tell me about" Shiro responds ruining his hand through his small floof of hair that both Kira and Max loved to play with. A lot.

"Maybe she's hungry?"
"I just fed her"
"Is she clean?" Max asked.
That's when the two parents looked at each other.

"Takashi"
"Maxine"
"You change her"
"I've been doing that since she was born"

"Ugh fine. I'll do it" Max huffed. She takes Kira and changes her diaper. Once she was done...it didn't help them much. Kira kept on crying and crying.

Her parents sighed. "Okay...have you burped her?" Max asked. Shiro gave the smaller female a confused look. "Wow and you're how old Now?"

"I was never really told to burp a baby. Nor has Kira needed to be burped before." He explained and folded his arms.

"I see. That's most likey what's wrong with her" slowly Max starts to burp Kira while humming softly. It looked and sounded like it was working.

Soon Kira burped loudly and giggled. She was her happy little self again. Shiro grins a bit but then sighs"This is-"

"Exhausting I know." His wife finished his sentence for him with a light smile on her face. Shiro rolled his eyes playfully at her.

A sudden loud bang on the door scared both parents and little Kira. When the door opened it was Miki with Tiki. "Oww...that hurt"

"Well it's a metal door Miki. What did you think it would feel like a pillow?"Max sarcastically states holding Kira in her arms.

Miki sticks out her tongue at her playfully. "Hey Mama? Papa?" She starts now walking to the room with Tiki following right behind her.

"Hm?"
"What is it Miki?"
"How are babbies made?" Miki asked. Something lead them to believe she already knew that answer. " Well?" Miki waited for their answer.

Max laughed uncomfortably and nugde Shiro to tell her. "What I'm not telling her" he whisper yelled.
"Enither am i" Max responds.

They both looked back at the younger child and sighed. "Oh okay...Miki sit down on the bed and we'll talk" Max says.

"Okay!" Miki says full of energy as normally. She jumps onto the bed and sits down crossing her legs over each other.

Her parents soon joined her with Tiki at the bottom playing with what looks like a yarn ball. "Miki...this might be hard for us to start" Shiro starts.

"It also might be hard for you to understand." Max finishes. She bites her lip trying to think of something to say. But how do you tell someone like Miki about the birds and the bees?

"No it won't mama. I'll understand." Miki says. Kira goos and claps her hands. "See even Kira wants to know" she says with her smile getting bigger.

Well it turns how Miki was the one who was "telling" her parents about even though they already knew about it. That's how they got Kita.

"Who told you all of this?' Shiro asked. "Geo" she responds. Max had a huge red tick mark on her head"Of course he did"

Some time had passed after Shiro tried to make sure Max didn't kill Geo. It took him at least a good 30 minutes.

So it was going great. "Hey Mama Papa?" Miki says again, now holding her baby sister.

The two adult children turned to her. "Hm?"
"What is it? This better not be a other weird question"

"Can you tell me a story of how you two first started to fall in love please?"
"Eh?"
"You want to hear one of those-ow!"

"Don't be a smarty"
"But I am"
"Takashi you still sleep with a teddy bear"
"I have habits you have yours"

Miki stares at them with just some confused eyes and tilted her head like how a dog would. Kira was in the background making loud baby sounds.

"Well I can tell you about the time Lance locked us in a cloeset"
"Please don't remind me of that Max"
"Kinda late now dear"

Shiro sighed and huffed. Max soon started to tell the story of how Lance was able to get them inside a cloeset and lock it.

Right before Max could even get to the what she calls the good parts the alarm went off. "What's going on now?"

"Go. I'll join you in a bit"
Shiro nods and heads off to the main control room where they would normally meet up.

Max tells Miki to go find someone to hang out with and to keep an eye on Kira. She did think about Tiki but she was an lazy animal who didn't like anything.

"What's wrong?" Lance asked as he and the others entered the room. Allura pulls up a small map of the area they where at.

"There's been some attacking within this small area. Glara ships" she told them. "I though this was one of the places the Glara wouldn't attack. They've been giving them everything they need" Shiro says.

"Well people change"
"No kidding"
"So what's the plan?"
"Umm we go and do something about it what else would we do?"

"Don't fight you two. Let's get suit up and ready to go into our loins"
"Will do"
"Lets go"

The paladins were soon on their way to their loins. Max Geo Angel and Shadow all stayed behind with the two Alteans.

"Do you think they'll be Okay?"
"Of course they will. They haven been able to figure something out before. Why wouldn't they now"
"Good point but still"

Geo and Max talked to each other wheater or not the paladins would be able to win the fight.

Angel and Shadow looked at each other not really knowing what to say in the matter. They didn't want to interfere.

They watched the loins deployed from the ship and head towards the planet. Angel suggested they should stay where they are and help out and look out for more Glara.

There was this... uneven tension the filled Max's mind as she watched. But she knew she had to push that into the dark parts of her mind.

She had to stay focus on the mission at hand and be ready to jump into action if anyone needed any help.

Miki held her younger sister as Tiki follows both walking around the ship trying to find someone to talk to.

They soon fun into Eclipse and Miki asked if she would like to hang out with them. But before she could even answer Tiki started to lick Eclipse's face.

"Hey! Stop that" she laughed and tried to pull away from the alien creature pet. "She likes you Eclipse!"
"You think?" Eclipse has her mother's sassy.

The two girls were having fun when it was cut short by a woman tuning towards them. It was Wendy. She looked out of breath.

"Grandma Wendy? You Okay?" Miki asked the much older woman. "Yea...yea I'm fine. Just out of breath. Wow this place is big"

"It sure is"
"You'll get used to it...hopefully"
"Eclipse! Don't say that!"
"Why not"
"It's mean"
"How?-"

Within the dark spots of the castle there was someone lurking within them waiting for the right time to pounce on its prey.

It was Kate. She had somehow gotten into the ship and surpassed security. She was going to wait for Wendy to gone and away from the children.

Wendy suddenly got an uneasy feeling that send shivers up her spine. "Hey...Why don't we go into a room and talk more." She suggested.

Miki and Eclipse looked at each other but followed orders and went into the room. Tiki followed them trying to bite some of the clothes off the girls.

Kate slowly comes out. She was near where they were and smirks to herself. "This is way too easy. A child could do this." She says.

Wendy made sure that the door was closed and that only her or anyone of the paladins could get in. No one that holds dark values.

She looked both ways down the hall and let out a sigh. "Geez...this new life is going to end up killing me.." she mumbled.

"I can help with that" Kate purred now standing behind her. She held some sort of blade within her hands.

"Kate? What are you?-"
"Now now don't do that to me now Wendy"
"Kate I'm your mother."
"I don't have one"

Before Wendy could say anymore Kate attacked her with the blade she held. The sound of the wind hitting up against the wind.

But Wendy was able to dodge the attack and attacked back. She may be old but she knows how to fight. She taught her children how to do so.

"Give up Wendy! You can't win!"
"That doesn't mean I won't try!"
Katie growled at her. There was something about Wendy that made her angry.

Their battle was over when one of them fell to the floor weak and unable to attack. They groaned in pain and tried to rise back up.

Katie laughs as Wendy failed to rise up. "I told you I would win. Now it's time to say goodbye" her lips got wider as she raised her blade.

"How are you guys doing on the mission so far?" Max asked over the concon. She was a bit worried about her husband and friends.

"Umm...all depends on how you define  that" Lance pipes in. "Well what have you found?" Geo asked as he tried to hit Shadow without anyone noticing.

It didn't work of course and Shadow knocked him out with a strong slap to the neck.

Max and Angel sweat drop as they watched out of the corner of their eyes. They then sighed.

" Hey um Max?"
"Yes? What is it?"
"Do you think we'll find-"

Pidge was cut of by the communications suddenly powered off leaving both teams confused on why it went out.

"Coron what just happened?" Shadow asked.
"I don't know. Something is blocking the range we had with Voltron" he responds.

"Just great."
"Max calm down. They'll be fine-"
"What if they aren't fine?! What if something horrible happens to them and we don't know about it"

You could tell that Max was stressed out. Slowly she was breaking from all the stuff that's been going on. It's driving her crazy.

"Max take a deep breath. They'll be okay. I promise you that"
Max was about to say something when Miki lets out a scream.

Max quickly rushed towards her daughter's scream with Geo right behind her. "Miki! Eclipse! Kira!" She calls out.

"Mommy!"
"Aunite Maxine! Unlce Geo! Help!" The two young girls called out. It was Katie. She had them held captive.

"Don't worry girls" Geo tells him trying to calm them and himself down. He wasn't going to let enither one of them hurt.

Katie smirks and laughs"Haha! Just try and free them and I'll drop your sweet baby on her head until she bleeds"

"No! Please. Let them go. Ill give you wherever you want. Just name it. Just please. Don't hurt them" Max's voice cracked a bit.

Miki was scared out of her mind. Eclipse was scared to but not as bad as Miki was.

After being what seemed like torture from the Galra Miki had some PTSD if she was left alone for too long.

Geo and Max quickly gave each other looks. They had a plan just didn't know if it'll work. Max sure hoped that it did.

Geo attacked first trying to get Katie to  focus on him and him only while Max would try to sneak the kids away.

But there was a small problem with that. Katie had Kira in her arms. Neither Geo or Max wanted to risk her life.

Katie was about to attack back when Tiki suddenly starts to attack her viciously and violently. Tiki made sure that Kira didn't get hurt.

"Gah! Stupid creature! Get off me!" She hissed as she tries to block or at least protect herself from the animal's attacks.

That's when Max took this as her chance to grab both Miki and Eclipse and take them somewhere safe.

Tiki wasn't going to stop hurting Katie until she let go of Kira. "Tiki stop! You'll hurt Kira!" Geo yells.

Tiki looked up at him panting heavily as a foot quickly made contact with her face.
