Two glowing white eyes snapped open suddenly. Gasping for breath, the individual attempted to sit up but floundered and fell backwards. Laying sprawled out on her back now, she laid her hand on her chest to calm her racing heart. However, something was wrong. First of all, her hand was now a giant pink paw adorned with sharp claws. Secondly, her chest was covered in soft fur and there was a familiar heart shaped pendant hanging from her neck.

She was a living and breathing Bobby BearHug.

Inhaling sharply, Bobby's eyes widened in shock. How was this possible? Was she really a giant version of the bear from the Smiling Critters? She had to be dreaming, she had to be! This felt so wrong on so many levels. That and the fact there was something else wrong. Her hearing felt... off.

Slowly raising one paw up towards her head, Bobby waved the limb past her right ear. She could feel the small breeze that she was creating. But she could barely hear the wind whistling. It was worse on her left side. Bobby couldn't hear anything on her left. Or was her mind playing tricks on her? Surely this was all some horrible dream? With that in mind, the red bear reached down and pinched her arm. Pain flared up immediately.

This was no dream. This was real.
