Brendan who was behind her huffed as he pedaled quickly to catch up with Aurora, they were heading off to a small trail off a road that they usually traveled along "Hmm!!! Fuck its cold!" Aurora growled as she slowed down as they got closer to the trail, Brendan caught up and decided to pop a wheelie and rode it for a second then landed "Show off much? Brendan sat on a rock looking out into the lake "You could so dump a body in there and no one would ever find it.." Aurora grinned and playfully punched Brendan, he said Ow and threw his hands into his face before fake crying "Oh come on! Let's hurry up and get to the store so I can shut you up, you gonna make a Suicide today? Cause I'm pretty sure you said you made them on Friday?" Aurora asked getting up and moving over to the steep hill leading up the their bikes "Yeah, you got enough money to get a 32 ounce?" Brendan pushed the drink buttons quickly and each time moving over to the right and pushing another button, as he did so Aurora sucked on the straw in her cup and drank her Coke, she set down her cup and looked at Brendan waiting for him to finish slamming the buttons, she looked over to the lady on the other side of the counter waiting for the two since no one else was really there, Brendan finally finished making his 'Suicide' and grabbed a lid and straw before walking over to the counter, Aurora set down the small tub of ice cream and the lady added up the stuff "That'll be $5.49" The lady said as Aurora grabbed the money from her pocket handing the lady six dollars, the lady moved to the cash register and put the money in counting up fiftyone cents, Aurora held out her hand and the lady gave the coins to her, Aurora nodded and thanked her and Brendan thanked her before walking out the door to his bike "Lets not go down the hills, I want to keep my expensive drink and my ice cream" Aurora said as she put the two spoons in the plastic bag and put the kick stand up, she got on and held her drink in her right hand and placed her wrist down on the handle and started pedaling, Brendan quickly went past her then stopped pedaling bringing the straw to his mouth, he sipped on his drink before wiping his other hand on his pants, he put his hand back on the handle and went on with pedaling, Aurora looked at the house she liked then in front of her, Brendan had turned his bike, She hadn't noticed and swerved around him "What the Fuck Brendan!" Aurora growled "Shh! I think I hear sirens.." Brendan shushed Aurora and looked around, Aurora looked around too and could hear the sirens quite close "Come on lets go.. If its anything serious my mom would've cal-" Aurora was cut off by the Mario Theme song playing on her phone, she pulled out her phone and tapped the green button and pulled it up to her ear "Hello? Ok I'll tell him" She pulled the phone away from her ear and looked to Brendan "My mom just told me that some serial rapist and Kidnapper had escaped from the maximum security prison up in McAlester and that person was said to be seen out here after being dropped off from someone's car.." Aurora said as worry came into her expression "Well you can come over to my house until your mom's able to pick you up.." Brendan said 'He's actually worried for my safety? Aurora had pulled her Bike lock from her pocket and locked her bike to a pole holding up the stairs to Brendan's front door "Just remembered I've never been in your house.. Yet you've been in mine... How exactly does that work Brendan?" Aurora asked looking at Brendan, Brendan looked at her and had a thoughtful look on his face "I'm not suuurrreee.." Brendan said extending the sure, Aurora rolled her eyes and walked up the stairs as Brendan opened the front door "Hey dad! Aurora's going to be staying here for a little" Brendan said looked around for his dad "Yeah, I heard about the escapee and we are pretty far from her house, wasn't she home alone?" Brendans dad asked from another room "No her older brothers there" Brendan said walking into the other room where we assumed his Dad was "Oh.. That reminds me.. I should call the house and tell my brother to lock the doors.." Aurora muttered pulling her phone out again and calling the contact 'Home', she waited then began to talk into the phone instructing her brother to get the dogs inside, and to lock both the doors, When she finally hung up she sighed and put her phone up once more as Brendan walked into the room "Well I guess we could go into my room and I can show you how big Worms gotten!" Brendan said the last part trying to keep what he said from being awkward 'He knows I like him.. And I know he likes me.. But he just has to make up all these other girls to date.. Asshole..' Aurora thought as Brendan brought her into his room walking over to a glass tank looking inside, after a moment he grabbed a small snake with a Black back and a Pink stomach, which led to Aurora giving him the name of 'Worm' when they found him, anyway Aurora smiled and grabbed the snake letting it wrap around her fingers and slither around them, She smiled and sat on Brendan's bed watching the snake slither about on her hand "Soo.. Um how long do you think it'll take your mom? To get here that is.." Brendan said slightly awkwardly "Hmm.. About thirty or forty minutes.. Depends how long she is held up at work.." Aurora said looking over to Brendan, She hate to admit it but it was awkward to be in your crushes room, sitting on his bed, with his pet snake slithering about in your hand 'Heh.. Brendan said turning and looking at her, He moved over to a small slouch chair and sat in it, Aurora took the opportunity to be lazy till her mom arrived so she rolled over onto her back keeping her feet off the edge as she held her hand up watching the snake move, she chuckled as it came down and flicked its tongue out, its tongue hitting Aurora nose she chuckled at the tiny sensation on her face and rubbed her nose pulling her hand up making the snake farther away from her face, Brendan on the other hand was fiddling his thumbs around as he watched Aurora mess with the snake, from the angle he saw her from her shirt framed her stomach then her breast making them seem more prominent even though they weren't all to big, just.. Brendan said as proud as he possibly could, Aurora chuckled and sat back on the bed..

Aurora laid on Brendan's bed messing with her phone "Damn you you stupid Bear!" She muttered as she put her phone down and huffed, she looked at the time and sighed "My mom must be taking as long as she possibly can!" Aurora growled as she looked at Brendan laying on the floor rolling around some in Boredom, Aurora chuckled and snuck over to him, he had rolled into his stomach and Aurora laid down on him "AHH! AURORA GET OFF ME!!" Brendan yelled anger edged his voice "Nope.. You seemed bored Soo.. I'm making you not bored.. By laying on you!" She said half chuckling "Errgh.. Seriously Aurora get off!" Brendan repeated now angry "Geez... What's your issue.. Don't got to be pissed off at everything that ever occurs to you!" Aurora said getting up off Brendan and going over to his bed and sitting on it again 'Geez.. Can't he take a joke..' Aurora thought as her phone vibrated, she picked it up then looked at Brendan "Hm.. Hey my moms here.. It was fun.. Hanging out.. We can talk later right?" Aurora said looking around "Yeah.. I guess" Brendan said getting up and walking Aurora to the door, she smiled at him and waved goodbye after she unlocked her bike "Bye.." Brendan said waving, Aurora walked her bike up the short driveway and met her mom before lifting the bike into the Back of her mom's van and going over to the passenger side door, as they drove off Brendan went back inside and shut the door...
