After the landing, the crew began to suit up until captain Marty shouted

"Stop!It is night time, the creatures will be out and about. We will leave at first light."

Then, one of the marines named Joseph said "Sir, we need to find that nest and get some subjects and then blow the hell out of that place!"

"If we go out now, the damned things will have the advantage! We need to wait 'till morning, is that understood?!

Yes sir, Joseph said reluctantly. We all went about getting prepared for sleep, when outside we heard a noise of something breaking.

"What was that?!"

"Send some marines out! It must be a xeno, kill it and we can take some samples." Nick's eyes blazed with anger

"We need to keep it alive! If we kill it, it could ruin the project!"

The captain looked appalled "Fine then, we'll tranq it, okay Nick?" Nick looked pleased and nodded. We watched the guards go outside, and listened with our comlinks.

"What do you see out there? What type of Xenomorph is it?"

"We can't find it, perhaps it was a strong wind or a quake?" Then the screeching xenomorph came rushing out, pinning down the marine with it's two tails!

"It's a new xenomorph!"

"It's a Trapper! Look, facehuggers are coming out of its back!!" Nick's eyes glowed with amazement and delight, or so it seemed. "We must capture it!"

"Aye, but how? It will release its facehuggers on us, or rip us apart!"

"We have guns for a reason you know!" one of the marines stated "Absolutely not!" Said Nick with indignity "This is a new, perhaps even only, type of Xenomorph. I will not have it destroyed!" another screech, the other marine shot it!

"Now there are two, you can have the other!"

"I can't believe you did that!" Nick shouted

"Nick, please, we need to kill one, unless you don't care about our lives. If we die, the mission is a bust."

"Well, I think that with our medical knowledge, it is very unlikely you would die of wounds, if they don't kill you at once." He had a point, then Ian walked into the room

"A new xenomorph? We need two subjects for testing, if we don't have at least two, our information could be inconclusive.

"HAH see! We needed to capture that other one!"

"Okay then, five must go out, bring in Breda and Tera, Nick, tend to the Xenos in your lab. The rest of you, help me get the ship ready for tomorrow, we'll need two people to stay behind and guard the ship, but we need to put up defences. Chris! I need you to set up guns and traps!"

"Yes sir!"

"Joseph! I need you to help her, watch her back, but don't kill any xenos, scare them off or tranq them!"

"Yes Sir!"

"Megans! I need both of you to help me with turning off the storage access and close all ways of entry."

"Yes Sir!"

"The rest of you five are retrieving the xenos! IS THIS ALL UNDERSTOOD!?"

"YES SIR!"
