UNDERTALE DESCRIPTION

Asher and Alexander belong to me, and everything else is owned by Toby Fox. SO YEAH, LET'S AGO! Minor Spoilers!

Asher struggled to calm his fluttering heart, pulsating warnings throughout him, signaling him to stop the fight between his two brothers, Flowey and Alexander. Frisk ran over with a panicked look on thier face, nodded to Asher, then booked it to the Goat/Flower battle.

The human babysitter, Shelton, wasn't used to such threatening behaviors coming from monster children. Perhaps he was too strict?

Asher bowed respectfully, inclining his head toward the chaos. " Forgive my two brother's uncooperative behavior." Using larger words made him feel important, as he threw his shoulders back up to his full height.

Shelton sputtered. The human and Asher acted fine. But Monster Child, Flowey and Alexander? A totally different world of "uncooperative", if, you could even call it that.

Shelton has taken care of a large group of childeren before. He handled ten just fine. But....Now? With monsters inhabiting the earth, the growing demand for babysitter ' doubled, though in this case, he wished he enlisted in ANYTHING else.

Asher fingered, his wallet, which really just was sewn to the hem of his stiff, boxy dress. He brought out seven gold coins, and placed them generously into Shelton outstretched hand. He dipped his head, hoping his blue eyes didn't portray his anger at his twin brother.

"You may keep the change sir."
Shelton curled his fingers disbelievingly around the expensive coins. The government hasn't converted how much monster currency is to US dollars, but, to be sure, it was a large amout. Now he believes is was worth every dispute he lived through that morning.

"If you have anything else you would like to do...Then I bid you farewell." Asher waved politely, but Shelton only stayed, gawking up at him.
Then the human stammered again. "Y-yeah, I have anoth-her family, to, um, go and take care of.." The slightly now unstable human sprinted towards the back door, and threw himself out inside thier house, then probably out the front door, into the cold November weather.

Asher sighed, though it really sounded more like a growl. Now he had to focus his attention to his own family matters and disputes. He turned around, and outfitted the best oh - you - are -gonna - get - it look on his little, and big, brothers. They paused, and Alexander's color drained from his face as he identified his Asher ' s look perfectly. Flowey looked more curious then anything, though there was a hint of amusement in his dark eyes.

Frisk placed themselves firmly in between them, pushing Flowey's vines back into the oblivion from whence they came. Monster Child sat stubbornly on the ground in front of Alexander, probably to protect him from Flowey, or something. Asher felt his paws slowly fly over to his temples, and he rubbed them, trying to push down the sudden urge to punish them.

Frisk smiled weakly at him, thier brown bob of hair slightly grizzled at this point during the chaos. Then thier face turned serious, as they turned to Alexander, a demanding look only the human species could give. Alexander sighed.

" Flowey was...teasing me..Again, I know." Alexander wrung his paws together, trying a meek look. Monster kid struggled to his feet, ready to defend.

"TEASING you? Well, that's pretty accurate actually. Carry on." Flowey spoke behind his winning smirk. Since they were outside in the backyard, the wind caused everyone to instinctively shudder at the cold.

Asher glared at Flowey. "This babysitter is not going to come back anytime soon! So another one wasted, in a WEEK. Do you two know how ridiculous that is?" Asher spoke in harsh tones. Monster kid didn't seem to afraid though.

"Well, at least this one was entertaining!" Monster kid said pointedly.

"Yeah, maybe entertaining for you cause him stress!" Asher shot back. Monster kid gave an indifferent shake of his head.

"Back inside, everyone! I'll need to call Sans to watch us. AGAIN." Asher put empathis on "again", to drive it into everyone's skull how stupid this was.

Flowey stayed rooted, now distracting himself with flashy, apparently rude, butterflies. Everyone else headed inside.
(Inside)

Asher floated over to the telephone that hung on the wall near the kitchen. His twin brother stuck next to him, looking apologetic, yet he didn't justify that look with words. Asher 's hand hovered over the phone, his paw reflexively hesitating, waiting for a excuse from Alexander to not call Sans. Sans wouldn't like to be woken up at eleven for the third time this week. Alexander gazed at the suddenly interesting floor, not making a move to stop his brother.

Asher looked up at Frisk and Monster Kid, whom were inspecting the clock, both standing side-by-side. Frisk stiffened at the clock's slient answer and gasped. Monster Kid shook his head.

"Aw, man. Guys, we gotta go. I got track pratice in Fifteen minutes! And I have to run allllll the way there..And Frisk has thier singing pratice..And they definitely is late for that! Why didn't we remember...?" Monster Kid, did what he did best, and sprinted off and out the door...Forgetting to grab maybe a required water bottle...But whatever.

Frisk dipped thier head in a best goodbye the mute human could manage, and raced off after her housemate. At times like these, Asher wished he had taken different electives.

Asher let his hand fall on the phone, pick it up, and dial the most recognizable number. Sans' number.

He pressed it to his floppy ear, begging for Grillby to pick up and give the news gently to Sans. Grillby had this way of making Sans feel a whole lot better, and Asher admired him for it. The phone rang and he felt a tug at his dress. Alexander shuffled his paws shyly, which is unusual for him.

"Can you ask...if Emberline and Sizzelyn can come over as well as Sans?" He whispered. Asher was going to say why does he need to do a favor for his brother when he was the one whom chased the babysitter away, but someone picked up the phone.

"Hello? This is Grillby." Grillby. Thank goodness.

"Yes, It's Asher. Unfortunately, our babysitter was chased off again, being overwhelmed with what he had to do with us. He only needed to watch us for two more hours, and Monster Kid and Frisk are gone. So...We need someone to watch me and Alex, are you, or Sans, available?" Asher said stiffly into the receiver, thrusting down the urge to rant about his brothers' tendency to argue.

Grillby paused for a moment, before saying, "Yes, both of us, actually are available. It would be suitable if you would bear with us, we barely have awoken from our slumber." Asher heard a faint 'snirk' in the background. Are they...Making fun of how he speaks? He was already mad at his brother, now this drove him up the wall.

"I am already livid enough at my brother, so if you would be courteous and lay off the teasing. If you'll pardon how rude I'm sounding." He answered, listening for Sans to crack up again. He did. Wow. How "suprising".

"Yes, I understand this is a serious matter. I'll stop. Anyways, we'll both come over, though our daughters can't come. They are busy with hanging out with thier freind, Motoko." Asher saw, out of the corner of his eye, Alexander biting his lip.

"That sounds wonderful. This is exactly what we required for you to do. I deeply appreciate your decision. I hope to see you safely. Goodbye." Asher spoke shortly back.

"Bye."

Asher hung up, and put the phone back on its hook. Alexander exploded.

" I'm sorry...You know how I feel about...Him, you know? Just...I don't like him...And I'm terrified of him. I just...ugh. Let me tend to me cabbage garden, I promise I won't say a word to Flowey, just please, let me out!" He begged, nearly on his knees.

Asher rolled his eyes fondly. "All right, all right. You don't need to grovel at my paws anymore. Just go there, and take care of that little..Strange, obsession, of yours."

Alexander threw himself out into the backyard again, and Asher welcomed the quiet that followed. He sat down, and buried himself into a intricate mystery novel.
