Options 1:

You were in your room when a loud bang and a flash of light came from the main room. The light so bright it made its way to the hallway outside your room. You went out to investigate finding a child of (OC or Canon Character Of your choice) running out of the main room.

Option 2:

Bruce was messing around with a device while you were in the lab, making it accidentally go off. It hit you turning you into either a small child or toddler
