For Avenger OCs

OC's With Powers:
You woke up earlier in the morning but something felt off you went to use your powers but something was wrong instead of your usual power they were (OC or Character of your choice)'s.

OC's Without Powers:
You woke up later in the day wondering into your bathroom groggily going to grab your toothbrush to brush your teeth finding complications when a power like (OC or Canon Character Of your choice) affected your actions.

Villains:

You accidentally managed to get yourself caught up with (which ever superhero group applies) when everyone's abilities switched around.

X-Men OC's:

You were all trying to assist a fellow mutant when they refused your help using their powers on you, which switched everyone's powers around.
