This are the basic tools that you need to know to start creating a cover.

1. OPEN YOUR IBISPAINTX APP AND CHOOSE "MY GALLERY"

2. Press the plus sign to start creating a canvas. [inside the purple square]

3. You should input "1418x2216" as the size. The proper wattpad size to avoid LQ edits, and click "OK"

4. That's it! You already have your canvas. Let's try to learn the primary tools first.

RED- Tool selector. An indication to know if what tools are you using. If you press it, you can see another set of tools. We will explain those later.

ORANGE- indication if what type of brush are you using. Like soft brush, hard brush but I usually use trapezoid or triangle brush.

YELLOW- to choose the color of the brush.

GREEN- This is where you can see the layers. If you press it, you can see another set of tools. We will explain those later.

BLUE- size of the brush

VIOLET- Opacity of the brush

PINK- Undo [to go back to your previous action.]

Let's go back to RED, the tool that was stated above. If you press it, new set of tools will be shown:

TRANSFORM- This is where you can find rotate, perspective and mesh.

MAGIC WAND- Usually, It can be used to remove the background of the png but it's a bit complicated for me.

LASSO TOOL- not that useful in editing, It's mainly used for drawing.

SMUDGE- to spread the colors. This can give you an oilpaint effect.

EYEDROPPER- so that the brush can get the same color that you want to have.

Let's go back to GREEN, If you press it, another set of tools will be shown.

RED- to add/upload a photo, png or background.

ORANGE- to add a new layer.

YELLOW- to duplicate the layer.

GREEN- to move the png or photo.

BLUE- blending option. Just like picsart, This is where you can see Overlay, Add, Screen and etc.

VIOLET- To go back with the primary tools.

PINK- To save your work to your gallery.
