hey so i was watching HTTYD with mum a few weeks ago

and during the scene we're stoick finds out about toothless and he completly looses it at hiccup

i commented on how sick it was that hiccup is completely terrified of his dad

and i dont remember what mum had said but she seemed to think it was ok

that..i got annoyed about. ill admit i come from a stable family. and i know alot of people dont..and that makes me mad and wonder why people do that- but i know i cant help it...but the fact my mum thought it was OKAY for a son to be scared of his dad isnt ok like no a no one should have that look in his eye, scared of what their parent would do.

that kid/teen is a human being. you are not above them you are same species?! argh anyway..that annoyed me

like i said i do not...would understand be the word? no i cant comprehend unstable families..but yeah- so please dont be like ughgh  privilege person doesnt know what shes talking about because no i dont really...but doesnt mean i cant dislike the thought of it

i guess my point is people shouldnt think its ok for  a kid to  be afraid of their parents...
