ughh im so annoyed because sometiems when mums or my sibling is telling me off or like pestering me about did you do this? 

and might yell YES! OR NO! OR I DONT CARE! or anything along those lines..

amd i always get in trouble for yellinh..its like im sorry

wait im not

because the reason i yell is becasue  a) you wont hear me otherswise

b) people yell when they feel trapped..and my mum and big sis asking you or telling you off

will feel like your attacking me

..and

arghgh 

i know its not ok but come on guys! 

comeone mum stop yelling at me for it!

its my freaking defensive mechanism...

its what it does...
