The child
The prompt
There's a thunderous knock at the door. You open it to find an improbably tall, black-robed figure towering over you with a scythe in one bony hand. The figure peers at you for a long moment, then looks down at a clipboard in its other hand. Then back at you. Then back at the paper. It has no apparent face, but you sense that it is puzzled.

Robyn leaned against her bedroom wall gathering her breath, one, two, three. In out carefully. The pain was rupturing through her body, forcing an uncomfortable scream to itch at her throat. She couldn't allow herself to scream, not in this neighborhood fear she could be heard. Robyn pressed a palm into the oozing wound the thick liquid coating her dark skin. Robyn smiled in slight curiosity of this moment; until the pain decided to kick in again. A lump formed on her throat digging to let the scream out. Her torso pickled in pain desperately trying to close the wound. Robyn gasped for breath as her body started to crash into itself. An unnatural sound ripped from her throat as she started to slip down the black walls, most defiantly leaving a mark on these walls, a slight smile flickered her lips. The once prominent sound of her breathing was drowned out by a whiny buzz, Robyn's body numbed, the slightest moving was gone... Dark enclosed herself around her eyes. Finally, finally she was excited for this action for all of the ten minutes prior to stabbing herself. Father said no, it was dangerous, but it was the only fun in this dragged out era of existence. He prompted if she wanted fun, roller coasters, and umm normal human things. That humans do, no joke that was his answer before waving a hand leaving Robyn knife in hand glaring at the bald skull.
Robyn was in a paralysed status that much she'd determined, waiting for healing factor to kick in, how long would it take this time? In a state you can't move time seems to drag on, or maybe this the time measurements humans felt. Slow, and painful. Robyn blew a sigh of defeat, another noise joined the buzzing. Was that a word? Maybe? Robyn grunted slightly, waiting to see what would happen, that noise drew closer. In this state she was blind deaf and her memory was starting to fade who was she? What was she?
A numb hand grabbed her, slapping her across the face. Robyn grunted trying to work out what was going on, a slight light passed over her vision, gaining strength something maybe a little. The pain, Robyn found the strength to smile.
"Robyn!" That word, Robyn grunted and opened her eyes. The tall pale figure looked over her, a skull for a head draped in a dark hood. It held a clipboard, Robyn saw the slight shake of anger in the tightly gripped clipboard. "Robyn", It growled. Robyn sent a bloody smile at the figure. To a mortal the figure in front the Grimm would sent them screaming, but of course Robyn wasn't a mortal, or even human. Her body filled with strength, slowly releasing the pain until it only lingered over the knife wound. Eventually subsiding the pain until it was gone. Robyn twisted her neck pulling back the feeling into her muscles. The
"Hey dad!" She smiled cheerfully at the Grimm.
