"Your mother.. I see." I said slowly, I didn't want to ruin his mood so I didn't tell him it was me. Taehyung finally came with jimin and hoseok.

"FINALLY you came! Hey guys, want to play bowling again?" Jungkook asked them. "Sure why not!" Taehyung narrowed his eyes at jimin.

"I swear to God if you cheat in this game too I'll-"

"IM NOT GOING TO CHEAT! I only did it once and now all of you guys are making it a big deal" jimin crossed his arms and sulked.

"Oh goody! How about we plan t-" he suddenly stopped min sentence, he placed his hand on his chest and blinked a few times.

We looked at him in confusion, not knowing what's going on. I decided to ask him.

"Jungkook what's g-" Suddenly he began to cough, he stopped after a few seconds with a pause but then continued again, Continuously coughing, I got worried about him until something kept on coming out of his mouth..

"Blood... blood?! Why is he coughing up- jungkook! Are you okay?" Taehyung asked him. I quickly took out a napkin from my pocket and wiped his mouth, "W-whats going on?" I said in confusion.

He didn't reply anything and looked at his hands which had blood stains all over the palm.

"I... I can't look.. I'm sorry, but blood makes me uneasy.." Jimin said as he quickly got up and left.

I wrapped my arm around jungkook's arm and pushed him upwards gently "come on, let's get you washed up.." Jungkook listened to me and we both made our way to the nearest restroom.

He turned the tap to let the cold water running, "Jungkook... What just happened? Is there something you're not telling me?" I asked him.

He didn't answer me and kept on rinsing his mouth and hands, after he closed the tap he looked at me. "... I don't know." He sighed and went back to the cafeteria.

As Jungkook was walking, He caught Mia looking straight at him while he walking to his table, Jungkook knew something was going to happen, he knew Mia came to visit him last night and that (Y/N) caught her, this could only mean that she is part of this whole mess.

There was only one way he could stop that from happening.. and that was to protect her. He felt like it was finally time for Mia to know that he knows it's her, so she can take that stupid mask off because there's no reason anymore.

There's no point in him acting like he doesn't know if she's going to mess with him either way right? He didn't care about himself anymore, he didn't care if he got tortured or drugged again.

His first priority for now is to keep (Y/N) safe from that monster, and once Mia starts.. she won't ever stop till she is fully satisfied.

Jungkook walked straight towards her but didn't look into her eyes, only straight ahead.

She froze, "May I help you?" She said as she changed her voice a little.

Jungkook started to chuckle "You're really funny you know?". Mia didn't know what to reply, she froze and thought for a second what he meant.

"I..I don't understand"

"Just cut the fucking act already." And that was when her heart skipped a beat, does he.... know? She thought to herself.

"Listen, You can mess with me all you want, I don't care anymore. But if you lay one finger on her.. you're dead." He warned.

Jungkook made his way to his table and began chatting to his friends, leaving Mia stunned. She ran to the corridors and replayed what happened in her head, her heart sank when the tone of his voice completely changed, he never saw him in this form.

She has seen him laugh, giggle, smile, throwing tantrums, shouting, but not this.. a part of her actually felt really threatened and scared but that soon faded away as (Y/N) came in her mind because jungkook warned her not to touch her.

Her fear turned into anger,
her anger turned into jealously,
and soon..
her jealousy turned into revenge.

"I almost got caught last night." Mia said. Suho paused what he was doing and shot his eyes at her, "what? You said you knew how to handle things without being seen!"

Mia sighed "I know I know.. I only messed up this once, what's good is that no one else knows about what happening, I'll deal with her."

Suho scoffed, "you better, or else I'll probably end up in jail after what I done." He said. "Oh don't be so annoyed, I gave you the money, you should be thanking me for what I've done for you. Oh! also, I'm starting to hate her even more, have you seen her with jungkook?"

"You mean how they act around each other?" She nodded.

"It's kind of getting boring here, so let's make this place alive again!" Mia did an evil grin.

She turned her head towards Suho and wiggles her eyebrows, "you with me?" He sighed.

"Fine fine.. what do you want me to do?"

Today I was planning to tell everything to the owner of this institute, she must believe me on what's going on. If she doesn't... Jungkook is going to be here forever, and I don't want that!

He deserves to live a long happy life, meeting his father, having a job, and getting married. If my confession doesn't work then he's practically doomed. I took a deep breath as I stood in front of her office.

"Here I go I guess..." I said to myself and knocked on the door.

She tends to lock her door due to.. well.. being in the building .. with the people. "Who is it?" said the voice of a old lady.

"it's me! (Y/N)!" I called back. The door finally was unlocked after half a minute and opened. "Ah (Y/N)! What can I do for you dear?" said an old woman smiling while holding the door in one hand waiting for me to come in.

I walked inside the room, it was pretty small and old with cobwebs on the corners of the walls and dust all over the books of the shelves which showed that no one touched that place for quite some time and the desk looked like it was there for 30 years.

The woman closed the door and made her way back to her seat, It gave a squeaky sound as she sat down.

"Please sit down dear!" She pointed at the chair across from her desk. "Um no it's okay.. but thank you"
"what would you like to discuss?" She asked me.

"Well.. it's just... it's just that there's this continuous incident going on here..." "define incident?" I intertwined my hands together.

"There's this patient here in this place and well.. a misunderstanding has took place.. he's not really supposed to be here, he is rather sane!" I said.

The woman narrowed her eyes at me and took off her glasses, "and who is this patient?" She asked me as she took a big book from the corner of the desk.

"Jungkook.. Jeon Jungkook." I said to her.

"Jungkook..." she said and scanned through the book. "Ah here he is, he's one of new patients! He was sent here after attacking an innocent woman, also there was some fault with his blood."

"But this isn't real!"

"So are you saying the doctors are lying perhaps?" I shook my head "th-that's not what I meant!" I made her listen to me, I told her about how he is getting drugged continuously, about the real identity of Areum, about Suho, about Jungkook being abused.. everything.

"Do you understand now why he needs to leave this place? This isn't his fault! Please, call the police about this and they need to investigate more!" I begged.

Waiting for a positive answer but.. she sighed "Sweetheart, I would love to believe you in this.. heartbreaking story, I really do! But, I'm sorry, I can't dont anything about it!" She said.

My heart sank, upset at what she was telling me. She continued.. "I can't tell the police about this until I have some sort of evidence, do you get me? What if this was a false accusation? what would happen then?"

I looked down on the floor with a frown, knowing that I have failed at my attempt to expose her. After a minute of silence I finally spoke.

"So.. if I gave you some sort of proof, would you believe me then?" I asked her. "Of course!"

I nodded my head "Sorry for the trouble, I'll go back to my work now" I bowed to her and left her office.

Walking down the halls I began thinking "proof.. If I could somehow prove his innocence.. he could have a normal life again.. but how?"

Completely focused, that I didn't even notice Mia was running towards me shouting my name out loud.

"(Y/N)!!! (Y/N)!!! HURRY, PLEASE" she yelled, "WHAT? WHATS GOING ON?" worried why she was acting like this all of a sudden.

She started panting as she stopped right in front of me, "It's one of the patients! She got really hurt from trying to kill herself, PLEASE! Please go to the infirmary and get the medical kit! I'll go stay with her!"

I nodded and quickly did as I was told. I ran to the infirmary and went inside, opening the cupboards and taking out a big medical kit when suddenly, I hear a loud slam.

I jumped and looked where it was, it seemed like the door slam shut. I put the medical kit on the table and slowly walked to the door confusedly, no one was here.. so why did it close?

I turned the knob but the door wouldn't budge... "What the-" I twisted the knob with all my force but the door still didn't open? I knocked on the door and shouted "HELLO? IS ANYBODY THERE? LET ME OUT OF HERE!"

And that.. was when I realised somebody locked me in here..

Jungkook walked to the place next to the garden where there was benches, he clenched his fists and growled under his breath full of anger.

He just couldn't believe what had happened..
everything..
everything has been a lie to him, it was at that moment he felt like he could trust no one in this world.

He caught his eye at Taehyung, who was sitting next to hoseok. As Taehyung caught his eye at jungkook walking towards him, he smiled.

"Jungkook! Where have you be-" his words got cut off as Jungkook grabbed the collar of his shirt and mumbled something.

Taehyung noticed his eyes were a little red and he looked like he was about to kill someone.

"Traitor..

TRAITOR!"
He screamed as he lifted his fist in the air and swung it directly at Taehyung face.
