When we finally managed to sober up from our rigorous fucking, I stood in front of the bathroom mirror drying myself off. I grinned, shaking my head at the bruises and bite marks scattered over my body. I turned around and gasped at the bruises in the shape of fingerprints on my ass. I bit my lip, sliding my hand over my ass cheek, damn that's...sexy.

"Sesan, litani, I told you I wasn't in the right mind. I didn't mean to hurt you." He blushed hanging his head in shame wrapping a towel around his waist.

"You didn't hurt me." I smiled, waving a glowing hand over my body to heal his love marks. I closed the distance between us, sliding my hand over the muscles on his chest. I leaned up on my tiptoes, pressing my cheek to his.

"I liked it, dejaino." I whispered nipping his ear. He choked out a breath wrapping a towel around me.

"But I bruised you." He mumbled his voice laced with guilt. I frowned sliding my hands to his cheeks forcing him to look at me.

"But you didn't hurt me. Don't you dare feel guilty about the way you loved me last night because I don't." I glared, pinching his cheek.

"Okay, litani," He sighed, "I won't feel guilty." He smiled, his thumb sliding over the dark pinpricks on my neck.

"But I promise not to leave bruises on you again. I-I shouldn't have been that rough with you." He said, guilt filling his smokey eyes again. He really doesn't get the fact that I liked it.

"Don't go promising something like that, litano. Because I'll definitely make you break it." I grinned kissing his shocked face.

"Jazmine..." He breathed. I laughed shrugging my shoulders.

"I told you I liked it. Come on we're really late for training." I chuckled walking out to our bedroom to find my suit.

"Um you're going to need a new one." Darius laughed following behind me and I frowned looking back at him as I picked up the black fabric from the floor.

"Why? There's nothing wrong - Darius!" I gasped and laughed at the shredded fabric dangling from my fingertips.

"Hey! You just said you liked it. Here you can wear this." He laughed throwing a black T-shirt at me.

I stared at the shirt in disbelief. He is such a nerd. A six hundred year old man spent money a shirt that says 'Meow! I'm a Jazy Kat!' with a big kawaii cat, in my likeness, plastered on the front of it.

"Really Darius? Meow I'm a Jazy Kat? Please tell me you don't wear this in public." I laughed shrugging the shirt over my head. Thank God he's so damn tall, at least it goes down to my knees.

"What? Sometimes I do. You know I'm a fan." He shrugged zipping up his training suit, a blush staining his cheeks.

"Good God you really are a nerd." I laughed, shaking my head at him. I don't think I'll ever tire of learning about his weird quirks.

"At least you won't get bored with me." He chuckled and that's true. His nerdy antics and ridiculous talents in bed will keep me entertained for a long time.

So now, I'm sporting his geeky ass t-shirt and my sneakers to the training room. I sighed looking down at my attire, I look ridiculous. At least no one is around to see my walk of shame, I sighed again as we rounded a corner and came face to face with his parents.

And now I'd like to crawl under a rock. Oh God the fucking shame!

Oh this is just great, Darius... I grumbled tugging at my shirt, he chuckled squeezing my waist.

We have nothing to be ashamed of.

"So, you two made up huh?" Lana smiled as Jack chuckled next to her.

"Yeah we're fine now." Darius smiled.

"Yes...we realized that after the fifth thunderstorm and again after the tremors finally subsided." Jack laughed, Darius is grinning from ear to ear and I want to disappear. This is so embarrassing!

"Oh, cut it out Jack, you're embarrassing her. Don't worry Jazmine it's alright. You're very powerful though, I do have to say..." Lana smiled at me. I know she is trying to make me feel better but it just isn't really working.

"Jazmine, you don't ever have to be ashamed of what you and Darius do. What you have is a blessing. I'm only teasing you, my poor son has gone too many centuries without someone to love so it's about time he let out some of that frustration." Jack said as we laughed. It's true; it's not a bad thing but dear God I would like to have some clothes on right now.

"Ok, Dad well we're going to get on the field and Jaz needs a new suit." Darius laughed as they nodded.

"Fair enough you two should be warmed up pretty well for training today." Jack smiled.

"Go on you two, I need to go take care of my cheeky dejaino right about now." Lana laughed as Jack sighed.

"Well it is about time woman! I'm starting to get jealous of my son!" Jack said as I burst out laughing at the two. I hope Darius and I will be like them when we've been together as long as they have.

I'm sure we will be...It's going to take me a while to get all of this pent up frustration out of my system. Darius chuckled taking my hand as we continued to the training room.

"You didn't start yet?" Darius asked as I finished tying my hair up and zipping up my suit.

"No, we figured you two would be late." Adonis grinned.

"Yeah and we're so glad you two made up." Damon chuckled as Meilyn and Byron looked at us, grinning from ear to ear.

"Interesting weather last night though, right? Did you guys see it? You must've at least felt all the tremors." She said and I blushed burying my face in Darius' chest while he laughed, kissing my head.

"You know, I can't say that we noticed." He chuckled as Byron burst out laughing.

"You two need to take your shenanigans to your own fucking island the way Jazmine gets," He grinned, looking at his brother in awe, "Ma'taeto, you need teach me some moves! I'd like to know how to get Meilyn to-

"Ok! Can we please just start today's lesson?" I asked feeling my face burning in embarrassment.

"We're sorry li'kaeta we're not trying to embarrass you. This is a huge moment in our big brother's life. I mean it's been centuries..." Damon breathed shaking his head.

"Ok, well go over there and talk about it." I said shooing them across the field as I sighed putting my face in my hands.

"It's ok Jaz; they're all just really excited for him. This is a big moment and your performance last night was incredible. How the hell do you do that with your powers?" Meilyn said shaking her head.

"I didn't even realize I was doing it. Darius made me pass out so many times last night I'm not even sure I could tell you what he did." I blushed as her eyes bugged out in surprise, shaking her head.

"You don't remember how many times you did it? That's a sign of a dejaino who has spent centuries without a dejaina." She chuckled in awe.

"Meilyn, it was mind blowing. I'm glad I don't have anyone to compare him to but I'm sure there's no comparison." I blushed remembering some of the various positions he put me in.

"He is ridiculous in bed. And he bit me! I can't believe it." I told her as she gasped.

"He bit you?" She whispered.

"Yeah, I didn't think he could do something like that." I said as she nodded.

"Kue's haven't done that in centuries! Byron didn't even bite me and I'm an ancient! Can I see it?" She said as I nodded, pulling the collar of my suit to the side so she could see the twin pin pricks my lovely dejaino marked me with.

"You know having a mark means more than a simple claiming." Meilyn smiled at me.

"What do you mean?" I frowned. 

What did you fail to tell me when you decided to be all sexy and domineering last night? I growled. I had a feeling this claiming business wasn't all he explained to me last night!

I didn't leave out anything too important...per se...but don't be mad at me. He said sheepishly.

"Oh, he left out some small simple little details about it, doesn't surprise me," she chuckled, "it's nothing bad Jazy, it just means that he solidified your bonding, so at this point you will no longer be able to walk away from each other. The reason why a lot of ancient kues used to claim their dejainas was to put a guarantee on their bonding so she'd never leave him or have the thought to do so." She explained. Alright that wasn't too bad he's lucky....

"Oh, that's not that bad." I shrugged and her smile grew even brighter.

"That's not the only thing Jaz..." She said chuckling a little.

"What do you mean?"

Should I be making plans to kill you now or later? I asked him feeling my anger returning.

Um...I don't really think it's that bad...I hope...

"Well, Jaz, he can command you to do anything and you will do it without questioning why. Kues usually do this when they know their dejaina is going to be in danger or to protect their sanity. Some kues used to kidnapped their dejainas and use the claiming to command her to stay with him," She chuckled shaking her head, "And they wouldn't even remember they left their family. I suppose it's for safety, but It's really about their sanity." She explained and I just nodded. No sense in yelling at him about this. Nope.

Um...so is it that bad? Why aren't you thinking evil thoughts about me? Darius asked. I'm not even going to dignify that with an answer.

Jaz...? Litani answer me...please?

"Can a dejaina claim a dejaino?" I asked as Meilyn frowned.

"No you have to be a kue to do that. Oh but I guess you are ... so, yeah why?" She asked.

"No reason." I smiled as I disappeared and reappeared behind Darius I used my fist and a burst of air to slam him into the ground. I yanked the collar of his suit to the side and swiftly sunk my fangs into his neck, before he could yell out. 

You're mine. I smiled and released him returning his clothes to their proper fashion. Darius stared at me in a daze. His eyes slightly confused and unfocused, I don't think he realised how fast I can move.

I didn't...

"Silly dejaino, I keep telling you no to underestimate me." I grinned, kissing his cheek.

"Ok! Let's get started shall we?" I asked standing up while his brothers stared at me in complete shock.

"Um...he's not going to turn on us is he?" Adonis asked.

"No I'm not going to turn, she's a kue. She's not infectious, moron." Darius groaned standing next to me.

"Oh, well in that case how does it feel to be the one and only claimed dejaino in Mercatija history?" Damon laughed slapping Darius on the back.

"That was an awesome play and great use of your powers li'kaeta!" Byron chuckled.

"Well it feels great to be claimed by my dejaina at least I know she's not going anywhere again." He smiled down at me kissing my head.

"I'm just leveling the playing field," I smirked crossing my arms over my chest, "come on you four, let's start the damn lesson already!" I laughed walking back across the field to stand with Meilyn who was doubled over, laughing hysterically.

"I can't believe you just claimed your dejaino! And it's so great that it's Darius. The fucking Asarak!" She said roaring with laughter, wiping her tears.

"I know, serves him right! But now he can't run from me or command me to do anything." I smiled.

I was never going to run from you, sesti, or command you to do anything. I am not that kind of kue. 

How do I know that...maybe you just wanted to command me to have sex or something? I huffed and his laughter filled my mind.

 I highly doubt I'd need to command you to have sex, litani. Last night wasn't all my doing. He grinned as I blushed. That is a fair point....

"Ok ladies, we have decided that today you're going to learn how to use fire." Adonis said as we nodded.

"Same as yesterday you will meditate with your dejainos first and then we'll practice sparring with fire and then you'll spar with fire and air." Damon explained as I sat in front of Darius.

"Fire can be very fun in so many ways, just like air." Darius smiled.

Yes, like tying your dejaina to the bed. I smirked as he beamed.

Precisely, tesonara. He smiled and I can hear his mind going off on a tangent about how I'm going to drive him crazy and all the other things he'd like to do to me. This is really rare for his mind to be so open like this, I grinned shaking my head. 

Darius stop thinking so much and teach me the lesson. I chuckled as he blushed.

Sorry. It's just like yesterday, concentrate on only my voice. Fire is all of your passion and anger within you. Its threads in your body course through you naturally. He explained and I smiled already finding my fire since I am already pretty riled up from the night before.

I felt the warmth envelope my body and tingles run through my veins. I concentrated my power and with a little air manifested a small thread outside of my body that I imagined traveling up Darius' body. I smiled using air to leave warm kisses on his neck and unzipped his suit to leave them on his—

Jazmine! You are going to kill me! Stop it! He breathed zipping his suit up as I smiled.

I like fire.

I figured you would and you call me the sex fiend... He grumbled.

Um...because you are. Do I need to reference last night again?" I laughed as he grinned.

I am a legend because of last night. He laughed. Ok I want you to try to focus your energy and try to form a ball in your hand.

I closed my eyes and imagined forming the fire energy into a ball. It was a little harder than I thought I kept feeling the heat form in my hand and had a tiny bit of fear that it would burn me and I kept losing its shape.

Come on Jaz, it won't burn you. You're the one controlling the heat. It's your energy. You can't harm yourself.

He's right. I'm the one who's in control of this energy. It's just like Earth. I took a deep breath and tried again pulling the energy to my hand and feeling the warmth of it graze the palm of my hand. I opened my eyes and beamed at the glowing ball of red and orange swirling in my hand.

Wonderful litani! Always remember you are the one in control of your power, you cannot harm yourself. Now see if you can form multiple balls of fire around you.

I nodded and concentrated harder using the fireball I already created; I separated it into fire smaller orbs and let them float around me as they increased in size.

Great now see if you can make them explode.

I can feel him grinning at me as I raised them higher above us and made each fireball explode overhead like fireworks. I am a fire master! I beamed as the sparks fell down between us.

"That was amazing! Jaz I think it's time for you and Darius to practice sparring with air and fire if you're ready." Adonis smiled at me. I can't believe he asked me if I'm ready to spar with my newly awakened powers. Any chance I can get to knock my Dejaino down a few notches is always welcomed, I thought and heard Darius chuckle in my mind.

It warms my heart that you're so eager to beat me up, evela me.He chuckled as I beamed taking his hand as we stood up. 

Byron and Meilyn are still working on getting her to form a fireball in her hand. She is having the same trouble as me trying not to burn herself. Darius and I walked further out into the field with Adonis as our referee.

"Now Jaz, same as last time. Use both fire and air in combat. Again, Darius is pretty good at all of the elements so just do your best, but I'm sure you'll be fine." He chuckled as I readied myself.

"I am not afraid of my dejaino and his masterful skills. Let's go." I laughed as Darius grinned disappearing.

Do you always start your battles by disappearing and reappearing? It gets rather old. I stated dryly and I felt the warmth of fire coming towards my back. I quickly disappeared and reappeared just missing his attack.

I think it gives me a better element of surprise. He laughed as I sent my own fiery attacks his way. He of course dodged them which started an all-out brawl between us. A mix of fire and air surround us as we exploded through the sky dodging, ducking, kicking and punching at each other. As he was flying powerful fiery punches towards me I disappeared and floated around him sending waves of air and fire over his body. I wanted to catch him off guard with licks of passion; I sent weaves of air like my fingertips over his body and powerful nips of burning kisses over his neck and ear.

What are you doing Jazmine?

I heard his frustrated growl in my mind. I chuckled, I can feel him getting aroused and desperately trying to find me but every time he reached out for a counter attack I'd elude him. I appeared behind him preparing to land a bow that would send him straight to the ground, but before I launched my attack, he turned around his gray eyes dark with need.

He snatched me into his arms and kissed me hungrily as we burst through the sky towards our house. I barely heard Adonis' shout in protest.

You cannot do that to me and not think of the consequences! I'm still not in full control of these emotions! Darius groaned as we flew through our bedroom window our clothes dissolving before we landed on our bed. He wasted no time in claiming me as his again, I screamed out in pleasure as his canines found my neck and held me in place. Sweet lord I think I've aroused my damn self! I can barely breathe as his hands roamed over my body, his fingers already making me wet.

Darius! I screamed in my thoughts already feeling as though I am going to pass out. My mental screams did nothing to stop his onslaught of my body. He flipped me over and slid himself inside of me and bit my shoulder holding me down.

I have to remember that fire and air produces this type of reaction in him. I screamed out and shuddering at the feel of yet another orgasm. I think I ruined training for the rest of the day. I thought hazily feeling as though I will black out at any moment.

You did... Darius grumbled in my mind as he slid himself into me hard and I let out a scream of pleasure and let the darkness take over me.

I'm walking home from Kala's cave I've just fed her and the cubs. Darius isn't with me; I know I've come by myself to visit my family. I haven't seen them since I left with him nearly a month ago.

I smiled walking through the side door into the kitchen where my mother has left some food cooking on the stove. Which is odd, she never leaves anything unattended for too long and the food smells like it's beginning to burn.

The house is oddly quiet; there are no sounds from anyone except for a small whimper coming from the living room. A cold chill ran over me as I crouch low to the floor, something is wrong.

I pressed myself against the wall and slowly slid myself towards the living room. I peeked my head around the corner to see my family tied up and bound together, surrounded by de'mujos and Sol standing in front of them.

"I will ask you again. Where is she? Where is my daughter?!" He growled. How does he know they are my surrogate family?! I have to save them, I thought getting ready to run into the living room.

No, Jazmine. You must not interfere. He cannot find you. Gaia whispered to me pulling me back behind the wall.

But that's my family! I can't let him hurt them. I said angrily trying to shrug her grip off of me.

You will not interfere, Jazmine Felani! Her voice roared in my head. She gripped me harder and the force of her grip sent me to the floor paralyzing me as I watched my family.

"Even if we knew where she was, we wouldn't tell you." Luna spat at him her eyes glowing red with rage. Sol growled again raising his large hand and smacking her across her face. She let out a scream spitting blood from her mouth.

"So you will keep her from me, just like her mother. You will die for her? He chuckled eyeing my father; you will let your family perish for one child who is not of your blood?"

"We will die protecting the Mercatija from your insidious parasite, Sol. We will never tell you where Jazmine is." Artemis kept his gaze cold as he continued to stare Sol down. My eyes are filling with tears, how can I let them die to protect me? I tried with all of the strength I had to get up from the floor, but I can't.

I hate you. I seethed to my mother, tears rolling down my cheeks. I felt her hands in my hair.

I'm sorry my child. She whispered kissing my head and I felt her disappear. But I am still stuck to the floor. Please let this be a dream and I am not this powerless to help my family again! I watched them and realised Shane and Vienne haven't been captured so Knox and Jaden are safe, at least they will be spared.

"So be it." Sol growled nodding to the de'mujos drooling around them.

They began to move closer towards them, mouths dripping with drool and blood knowing they will enjoy their fresh Mercatijan treat tonight.

Artemis held Luna's hand as she stared at him smiling knowing they have done everything they were destined to do. I saw him whisper 'I love you, litani' and she smiled in return.

Draina held tight to Madden as he kissed her head closing his eyes tight. Isabella was crying and shaking pressing her face into Paul's shoulder. He closed his eyes and bowed his head.

"Scotland!" He called out as Artemis and Luna gasped.

"What was that young man?" Sol said stopping the de'mujos from attacking them. He stood in front of Paul lifting his head to look at him.

"Your daughter is with the Rekeseaus. She's on their compound."

"Paul No! No! We have to protect her!" Luna screamed letting out a sob. Oh my mother, she had to know Paul would be the one to want to protect his Dejaina at all cost, no matter what is at stake.

"Of course she would be with them, her mother chose wisely," He mumbled, "no matter, I will find her. Kill them." Sol said as the de'mujos pounced on them. Biting and ripping their skin.

"No!!" I screamed feeling pain and anger wash over me as the ground quaked beneath me and I pushed out of the hold my mother placed on me. I have to stop them, I can't watch as my family is eaten by de'mujos. Before I can reach them Sol stepped in front of me grabbing me by the collar of my shirt.

"M've sesti, I'm coming for you." He grinned his sharp canines dripping with blood as my family's screams continued behind him. I let out a blood curdling scream, tearing out of Darius' arms causing the earth to quake around us.

"Jazmine! What's wrong?" He asked pulling my shaking body back to him all the while I am crying uncontrollably trying to find the words. Clouds rolled in over us as a storm began to brew outside.

"Shh...Shh...Litani, what's wrong? What happened?" He cooed rubbing my back as I continued to choke through my tears. The rain outside began to pelt against the ground as I cried even harder.

Tesora, you're scaring me. What happened in your dream?

My family....Sol killed my family. He's coming. He knows where I am. He's coming. I said letting the images from my dream play across his mind. His grip on me grew tighter in fear of what I've seen.

I won't let anything happen to you, litani. Do you want to go see your family? We can make sure they're alright. He said kissing my head as I looked up at him.

"Can we go right now?"

"If that's what you want, yes." He said as I quickly got out of bed and put some clothes on, Darius following suit. There was a loud knock on the door before we left out the balcony. My heart sank to my knees as I looked at Darius with pure fear in my eyes.
