Hey guys,
Recently been in a pretty bad accident and sustained a serious injury. I was at football training and got hit on the side of my knee. I ruptured my ACL, MCL, PCL and tore my LCL and meniscus. I have a tough time ahead that will include an operation and a 12 month rehab. At times, writing will be a source of comfort, however consistent updates will not be the case because I'm in a pretty bad mind set. I'm a serious footballer and this injury happened before Nationals so it was really devastating. Especially because I only just recovered from my previous knee injury that I did this time last year.
