(Chisei's POV)

It been about a five hour walk through the forest when we came upon a village, "WE ARE SAVED!" Yelled Abigail running ahead never seen her move that quick. I laughed as we approached the town the smell of food sent us in a tizzy. "Here you look like your hungry!" Said a villager who brought us into his house. Without protest we followed he sat us down at the table, and served us a meal. "I can't thank you enough for the meal if there any-" I was cut off. "Nonsense it's my pleasure to help I see those two youngins (I know that's not a real word it's just saying young-ins) are in need of some food." He said smiling. I looked at Abigail why wasn't she eating? "I haven't said the blessing you all must do it!" She said I sighed rolling my eyes. "Fine!" I grumbled as everyone bowed their heads. "Dear Lord, thank you for this food and in Jesus name amen!" She said before eating. Strange kid man. Strange kid. I begin to dig in I was starving as it is. Midnight hadn't touched her food after she took the first bite. In fact she looked really pale, "Midnight you ok?" She gave a quick nod before playing with her food, something was wrong really wrong. She then started shaking and swearing before she fell to the floor motionless! I ran to her kneeling down, I sniffed her meal and it hit me! "She's been poisoned!" I looked at the villager he was grinning, a crooked grin. This wasn't a town this was a trap the villager was a Squid in disguise!
