Im freezing....Someone help.....anyone...

I hear my cat hiss at it. The creature pulled its hand away from my cheek and looked over at my cat. No no no no...please...dont hurt her..
The creature suddenly let out a blood curling scream and ran into my closet.

The air began getting back warmer..
I can move again but thats not the thing thats on my mind. I want to know what the heck that thing was. Was it some kind of ghost? I should be happy it didnt hurt me...or well atleast get the chance to. Im definetly not getting any sleep tonight....

I stood up all night, afraid that if i did fall asleep whatever that thing was would come back..

I already ate my breakfast and got the morning over with, now since i have time to myself i should be relaxing..but that thing is still on my mind...

I cant get it out of my mind..

I decided to go exploring, its the only thing that seems to clear my mind....at least for a bit.

I crossed the bridge that i had found yesterday and began to explore the forest. Suddenly a well came into my sight. A big well, it was made of bricks and had vines all over it. Wow...this is odd..why would someone put a lock on a well?

I fumble with the lock for a while until eventually getting bored. Hey hey maybe whoever locked the well lives around here or maybe hidden the key somewhere.

I searched around the well, looking for the key. Nope, no where.

I gave up and continued looking around the forest, ofcourse not to far before i get lost.

Wow! A house? Its literally in the middle of trees, lots and lots of trees.
I knocked on the door of the house, no answers. I look through the window, it appears no one is home.I gently push on the door, checking to see if it was locked. Hm, not locked. I was hesitant to walk into random person's home but a little peak wont hurt, will it?

I walked in and closed the door behind me, it let out a creak. "Hello?is anyone home??" I yell, no answer.I looked around. Its small but cozy. Alot of dust everywhere though. I ventured through the different rooms. Ahah! A room i never went in. I opened the door, to what was a seemingly normal room.
No dust. No sign of interference. This room makes me feel unsettled...

Hey hey!A key on the bed! I picked it up and placed it in my hoodie's pocket. I left the house and ran back to the well, hoping its the right key.

The key slid in perfectly, Yes!!!It went in! I pulled open the wooden cover of the well, so very excited. I looked down into the well. Oh..pitch black, i honestky dont know what i was expecting.

"Welp, that was a bust" i mumbled to myself, putting back the wooden cover.
I slid the key in about to lock it back,

"Pppssssttt"

HUH!? I looked around.

"Kid in here!! Uk the well!!!"

I slowly raised the wooden cover, "h-hello?" I stuttered.

"Hey kid,can u see if u can get me out of here?" Said the voice, it sounds like a woman.

"Um..i can try" I told her and ran back over to the house. In one of the rooms i found a rope...its just the case of which room it was. I searched and searched.
Ahah!!! Found it. I lift it up and ran quickly to the well. I tied the rope to the  wooden pillars that held up the well's roof and dropped the lower half down in the well.

I stood there waiting for 2 minutes until eventually the woman came out.

She was tall and really,really skinny. She had long black hair and a shaggy bang that covered her eyes. She looked kinda creepy...

"Thanks kid." She said faintly.

"No problem maam" i answered.

"So um, how long were you down there?" I asked

"About 9 months.." she answered weakly.

"..9 months...thats really long"

"Yeah kid..i got lucky when you arrived."

...huh...i looked at the woman...she was wearing a green dress wit blood stains on it...it was ripped in different places.
She had bruises on her arms and legs...
Her skin pale...very pale....
