Chapter 1
3rd P.O.V
"Unfortunately, the only to reclaim Onderon will be through armed struggle. But we lack sufficient hardware and supplies," Lux reported.
"Onderon is in your kings rule. And at the out break of the Clone War, he chose to align it with the Separatists," Obi-wan reminded them.
"Our true king has been silenced. The one you recognize is a trader, and a Separatist minion. We need your help to survive this," a dark toned man begging. Him and Lux were standing in front of the Jedi Counsel as a hologram. "One person isn't enough help. Especially when they are spending their time in the city rather than helping us."
"What do you mean?" Obi-wan quesioned. He sat in his comfy red chair.
"A person in the city is helping us. We thought it was someone from the Republic at first since the person seemed to have Jedi powers," Lux said. "But it didn't make sense why the Republic would send help if Onderon is with the Separatists." The Jedi looked at each other, having a dumbfounded expression.
"Find a way, we shall," Yoda ignored Lux. The Jedi's attention glued on Yoda.
"We await your answer," Luz bowed. Ahsoka and Lux gave a small glance before the hologram disappeared. Ahsoka was now wondering who this 'person' was. Mace Windu was thinking the same, no Jedi has been sent to that planet. The only reason a Jedi would be there is if there was an accident that happened.
"There are pockets of rebels on many of these planets that just need guidance. With training and resources, they can attack soft targets while the Republic continues to engage them on the battlefield," Anakin suggested.
"That sounds like terrorism, Anakin," Obi-wan thought.
"Well I think of it as an insurgency, to help realign these planets with the Republic."
"We can't divide the Separatist forces and press them with two fronts," Mace Windu spoke up. He looked at Yoda for a possible answer.
"It meens to an end, fear can not be. Stop those who spread terror, the Jedi must," Yoda calmly answered.
"Indeed. What you're suggesting could open up dangerous possibilities. We must not train terrorists," Obi-wan agreed with him.
"Eh, rebels," Anakin changed the word. He didn't think they were terrorists, they just want justice for their people.
"How we conduct war is what distinguishs us from others. Funding rebels to overthrow a legitimate goverment puts innocent lives at risks," Obi-wan warned.
"We could minimize collateral damage by using arms that mainly affect droids," Anakin suggested once more. The Jedi were realizing he might be right able that.
"The least we can do is help them defend themselves, test the tactic while we're at it." Mace Windu recommended.
Anakin chuckled, "This could be a great new weapon for us."
Ahsoka kept quiet. How could they be talking about this while someone that has the Force is out there wondering Onderon. The Republic can track him or her down, they can help the Republic. Obi-wan rubbed his bread, conflicted on what his thoughts tell him.
"Hmm. Train and observe. Send advisors we will," Yoda ordered. Anakin smiled in his mind.
"I'll assemble a team."
"I'm going with you," Obi-wan got on his feet, walking towards Anakin.
"What, you don't trust me?" He laughed. Obi-wan did trust him, but from time to time Anakin does get a little overboard.
"Too much, that's what worries me." Obi-wan laid his hand on Anakin's shoulder. His smile almost turning into a laugh. Yoda nodded.
"There's still one thing I need an answer for," Ahsoka interrupted their happy moment.
"What is that?" Obi-wan looked down at her.
"Does anyone have a clue who this 'Jedi' can be? If so, why is this Jedi on Onderon in the first place," Ahsoka desperately wanted to know. Everyone eyeballed each other, thinking about the accident that happend about 2 years ago. It could possible he survived, but he would have contacted the Republic by know if he was able to get off the planet.
"Windu's young padawan, it could be," Yoda replied.
Mace Windu was the saddest of them all, talking about his apprentice that passed two years ago. Though, one padawan claimed he survived the ambush they fell into. Even though Jedi are supposed to let go of their padawan if they die without warning, he couldn't help but let his eyes water a bit.
"Impossible, he has been gone for to long to still be alive," Windu refused to believe.
"Padawan? What padawan?" Ahsoka was keen to know. Ahsoka always had to learn things that she didn't need to learn. But this, this isn't one of them.
"We'll talk about this later," Anakin rushed her out the doors. Obi-wan following close. Ahsoka's eyes met Mace's sad ones.
Ahsoka, Anakin and Obi-wan left the room with only one thing in mind. To prepare and train the young rebels on Onderon. But not Ahsoka, she still had her mind on the mysterious person. They came across a room with a projector, Anakin and Obi-wan started discussing the plan on how to arrive on the planet. Due to it being controlled by the Separatists, it would be hard to sneak by.
"Master," Ahsoka looked up to him. Anakin looked at her with a concern, she's usually excited to go on missions. Her face said it all, but Ahsoka's face had no excitment insight.
"What's wrong Snips? You seem worried," Anakin walked closer to her. He was trying to sense what she was thinking.
"When did Master Windu have a padawan?" Ahsoka doesn't recall him ever having one. The only recent one he had was Depa Billaba, but she has completed her training long ago.
"Ahsoka this really isn't the time to discuss Mace Windu's padawan," Obi-wan got her attenion. "You will know who he is later. For now, we need to help these people reclaim Onderon again."
Ahsoka didn't want to wait, but if another padawan was still alive, she would do anything to meet them. Meeting another padawan that is close to her age was worth the wait. If it is someone from the Republic.
~Hope you liked the first chapter. The ending was definitely not apart of episode two, so yeah. I'm going to work on the next one.
Stay Sassy like Obi-wan!
