This story I wrote for a fine arts festival called Amplify. Amplify is where teens from all over America can enter in a variety of over sixty categories, from dancing to singing, playing instruments, photography, writing, etc. This competition if meant for teens to discover and practice their God given gifts.

I entered this piece in my state's level, and received the scores of 36/40, 36/40, and 39/40. Those are superior level scores, which means I got an invite to nationals! So, if I choose, I can submit this piece to have it judged at national level. I most likely will do so, although I'm kinda scared.

A huge thank you goes out to God my Father, for inspiring me to write and helping me write what hopefully was what He wanted. Also a big thank you to leepacetrash for all her opinions and suggestions which I found very helpful.
