Maria from RWBY, an indie computer anime-style show made in the US! Very unique, the series started out as a very low budget internet series. Today, some of ts characters are even featured in the amazing video game- BlazBlue Cross Tag Battle.

Those high-tech glasses give her the ability to see due to being blinded in battle when younger.
