Prussia in HETALIA fanfictions.
I don't think I've found one that perfectly portrays him yet. I've got three problems:
When they describe him as popular. It's cannon he has almost no friends and is a kind of awkward loner. So ya. Not popular.
Or buff. You can tell he's a lot less buff than Germany.

And finally,
He's not a pervert.
Come on! The only incident that could make people think that is the whole Hungary incident, AND HE THOUGHT HUGARY WAS A BOY. AND REPENTED AFTERWORDS.
