Backstory- she was a part of Project Moon. She rose high up in the ranks as quickly as she could and spends her time trying to get as many people out as possible, including Taliah. She's trusted by the Scientists and she uses that trust to make things as good as possible for her fellow subjects if she can't get them out.
Semblance- After image. she can leave a pysical image behind herself for the last 10 feet she ran, mimicing the last motion she went through, so some could punch, some could just be running, etc. Her semblence was not manipulated
