Phil's POV

It had been months since their arrival. It was obvious to me that they knew. They had dropped several hints and knowing smirks every time I mentioned work. Sure I've told Dan what "I do". He knows all he needs to know. I am a music producer, but that is only a small portion of my job. Of course, I have no intention of telling my sweet boy what the rest of my dangerous line of work entails. He doesn't need to know. Ignorance is bliss. What I need to do is set up a guard to watch over Dan while I'm taking care of business. He is having fun with Cat and I can't take that away from him. He already has to be apart from me and I know how much that affects him. I'll order a handful of my men to watch him in shifts. It is best for him. 

Cat's POV

It has been too many months and now the target has a guard set up to watch over this annoying brat making my objective nearly impossible. But lucky for me, they rotate. So I have to wait until they are mid-rotation to strike. I have to be vigilant and track their rotation patterns. As of now, they seem rather random. Looks like I'm stuck here even longer than I presumed. The target seems to be catching on but I am sure he'll never anticipate the rise of Killer T.
