Adeline's POV

We were running straight towards the monsters. I got my sword ready. We ran straight past the monsters, who were now chasing us. " We got to get away from the mortals," Kyle said.

"No duh, " I said. "Follow me,"

We ran into a forest, past a cave. WAIT! I thought, a cave? No time to think about that now though, we're being chased by monsters.

We stopped running and turned around. The monsters were far behind, but they were coming closer."Let's just fight them already," complained Sophia

"Fine," Bob said.

Everyone got their weapon ready. The monsters were now in sight. "Ready?" Kyle said. "ATTACK!"

We ran towards them. I did a somersault and stabbed one of the monsters on the back. After a while, we were done.

"What now?" Kyle asked

"Well...." I started

"Well what?"

"I found a cave!"

"Really? Cool!"

"Where is it?" Bob asked.

I looked around. Which direction had we come from? All I saw were trees a branches. I took my best guess. "There," I said pointing.

We walked for a while. I hope I didn't choose the wrong direction. Suddenly,I saw a cave! " There it is," I said.

"Yay," Sophia said.

"Well, lets hurry before another monster catches,"

"Yep,"

"Well here goes nothing," I said as we walked into the dark gloomy cave.
