I put my phone down and Sam noticed
my unsteady breathing.

"You ok babe?"

"Yeah. Perfectly fine."

"Gimme."

"What?"

"Give me your phone."

I hesitantly handed him my phone. He opened up the recent text I received and I saw his eyes widen.

"Who sent this?" Anger present in his voice.

"I-I don't know."

Sam got up and put his clothes on. He grabbed his phone and his key and walked out of the door.

"Where are you going?"

"To Matt's."

"You know Matt?"

"Yeah we were friends in high school and he's the one that sent that text."

Before I could say anything Sam had already walked out of the door. I hurried upstairs and out my clothes on. I ran back downstairs and ran over to Matt's house. I stood in front of the door and I could hear screams come from inside. I ran in to hear yelling from upstairs. I crept up there to see what they were yelling about. I stood in front of the door and listened to the conversation.

"Why would you text her that Matt? She's mine and you will never have her."

"Oh but Sammy boy that's the thing. I'm fucking your girlfriend and there's nothing you could do about it."

I walked in that moment and walked over to Matt and punched the shit out of him.

"I. AM. NOT. YOUR. FUCK. BUDDY."

I was picked up by Sammy who was dragging me down the stairs. We were about to walk out the door when Matt stood at the top of the stairs with a smirk.

"Kaitlyn, Kaitlyn, Kaitlyn. You will be mine whether you like it or not. I always have my way. Oh and by the way, you can ride the dick like an expert."

That's when I lost it. I pulled away from Sammy and ran up the stairs and kicked Matt in the dick.

"Looks like I won't be riding yours any time soon."

I walked back down stairs and passed Sammy. We walked back home in silence and didn't say a thing to each other, but when we walked inside all hell broke loose.

"YOU FUCKED MATT?!"

"IT WAS BEFORE WE WERE TOGETHER! AND I DIDNT EVEN KNOW HE WAS YOUR FRIEND SAMMY! IF I FUCKING KNEW I WOULDNT HAVE FUCKIN FUCKED HIM!"

"Well you did Kaitlyn. And I honestly thought we could've made this relationship work, but that's a big mistake. You're just my weed dealer and that's all you'll ever be."

With him saying that, the guy I thought I could've loved walked out of my life...for now.

|Matt POV|

So. That happened. To be honest Kaitlyn should've gave me my money last night. It's her fault all of this happened.

My thoughts were interrupted by Cameron as he walked in screaming with Nash following closely behind him.

"Hey dude- woah what happened to your face?"

"Ask the neighbor."

"Damn. Shorty did that? You must've did some dumb ass shit."

"Shut up Nash."

"My bad. But what'd you do to cause lil mama to do that?"

"Well let's just say I broke her and Sammy up." I smirked.

"Her and Sammy were a thing? Damn."

"Yeah. So what brings you to to my palace?"

"Just wanted to ya know. Have a good time." Cam smirked.

"What's first on your list?"

"We could go to a party and Taylor's house." Nash smirked.

"Sounds like a plan."

I quickly freshened up and left with my boys. Maybe tonight I could find a little lady to take my mind off of Kaitlyn.

|Sammy POV|

I can't believe Kat would do something like that. I mean I know she said they fucked before we got together, but it still hurts to know she did it with my best friend.

My friend Taylor called me earlier and asked if I wanted to go to his party that night. Me being me agreed to go because everyone who's been to Taylor's parties know they're gonna have a good time.

I was getting ready to go when my phone went off. It was an incoming call from Kaitlyn. She's been trying to call me all day but I've ignored all of them. This time I officially gave in and answered.

"Hello?"

"Sammy please let me explain."

"What's there to explain? You fucked Matt."

"Yeah but that was an accident. You don't know the full story."

"Ok and what is it?"

"Please come over and I'll tell you."

"Be there in 10."

I ended the call without hearing another word from her. I could hear the misery in her voice and honestly I feel horrible for not listening to her in the first place.

I grabbed my keys and my phones and made my way to Kats house. When I got there I saw her car in the drive way. I walked up to her door and hesitantly knocked. I heard feet shuffling around and eventually the door opened. Standing in front of me was a girl with bloodshot eyes and tears stained cheeks that I once called my girlfriend.

I pulled her into a hug and let her sob into my chest. I bright her inside and sat down on the couch.

"Ok Kat I need to know what happened."

She pulled away and began her story.

|Kaitlyn POV|

Flashback:

Matt brought me upstairs and continued the make out session we were just having downstairs. He laid me on the bed and started grinding on me.

"Are you sure you want to do this?"

"Why wouldn't I be?"

"Because I know a virgin when I see one."

I sat up and looked at him with confusion.

"What are you talking about?"

"You see Kat, I know you're a virgin because of the effect I have on you."

"So."

"So I know that if we do this you will end up regretting it, but I leave feeling victorious because I just fucked you."

"You're sick."

I tried to get up but was pushed back down by Matt.

"Matt let go of me."

"Oh sweetheart, if I did then you'd regret it. You see, as I said before my fathers a cop. So I could easily go home and tell him. Or you can be my fuckbuddy and I won't tell your little secret."

"You wouldn't."

"Oh but sweetie, I would."

End of flashback

By the end of telling Sammy my story I was full on sobbing. He was cradling me and rocking me back and forth, whispering sweet things like it'll be ok. But we both know it wouldn't be ok.

"Look Kat, I forgive you but I really need to go."

"Ok but Sammy tell me one thing."

"Ok what is it?"

"Do you forgive me?"

"Yes. Yes I do Kat."

"Ok thank you Sammy."

"Anything for you babygirl."

I walked over and gave Sammy one last hug before he walked away. I sat back down on the couch and watch Law and Order SVU until I eventually drifted of to a sleepless sleep.
