•Nate POV•

I was sitting in the waiting room waiting for any news about Sammy. Sammy's like a brother to me and when he's in pain, I'm in pain. I was supposed to make sure he was ok and I failed.

I had my head in my hands, then the doctor came and sat next to me.

"You're here for Mr. Wilkinson correct?" He asked with furrowed eyebrows.

"Yes is he ok? Can I see him?" 8 quickly asked with hope.

"You may see him although u behave terrible news. The bullet punctured his lung so he is currently on a breath stabilizer until we patch it up." The doctor said sadly.

"Oh. Well when will that happen?" I asked curiously.

"We will start surgery as soon as you are done visiting him." He said.

"Ok can you take me to him?" I asked.

"Sure follow me."

I got up and followed he doctor to Sammy's room. I have to admit I'm probably going to break down seeing him but it's worth a shot. When we reach his room I see my brother laying there lifeless.

"Sammy." Was all I managed to say.

I sat in the chair beside his bed and took ahold of his hand.

"Sammy I promise I will get Matt back for this. I will promise you that Sammy. Then you and me are gonna run away somewhere far. Just the two of us and you wanna know why? Because we're brothers Sammy and brothers stick together. But today I've met you down."

That's all I could say before I started to break down. I just sat there clutching into Sammy's hand until visiting hours were over. I kissed Sammy's head and left without another word. I got into my car and headed home to my princesses. I pulled into the driveway and saw a familiar car parked. I've seen that car before but u couldn't remember who drove it. When I walked in I saw my wife sitting across from someone who I would've recognized.

"Babe you have a visitor." She said with an uneasy look.

The figure turned around and gave me an evil smirk. That dirty blonde hair. That crooked smile. That freckle on his cheek.

"Hello Nate."

"Hello Matthew."

I know it's short but next week it'll be longer hopefully.
