"Tori, you don't think you should at least give it a shot?" She asked.

"No. I have no chance! All the other people dominate unlike me."

"What nonsense!" She exclaimed.

"Even if I try, I know I'm going to fail, so what's the point?" I asked.

"Oh come on. You know you have unlimited potential if you at least try."  She said, slightly annoyed with my response.

"That's what they all say." I reply sarcastically.

"Well, if you're super worried about it, you can just eliminate the competition!" She exclaims excitedly.

"What do you mean by that?" I ask.

"Just do whatever you think will detail them from winning the wizardry award!" She said.

"But I can't do that! I could get expelled, and I would bring shame, and countless other things!" I protested.

"But you want this prize, don't you?" Tori urged.

"But the way you describe it, it sounds  as if I'm going to sabotage somebody going for the award." I say.

"If that's what you have to do, then do it." She says.

"But that's absurd!" I protest. "There is no way I could do that to someone."

Even though I fought against the idea, there was a little part of my thought process that told me that I should do it. Whatever it takes to win the wizardry prize.

On the other hand, I shouldn't so it because if I get caught, it's all over for me. My scholarship gets revoked and everything crumbles down.

"If you're worried about getting caught," Tori added. "I'll cover for you no matter what." She reassures me.

I consider every consequence and outcome if I do it and if I don't do it.

I guess in the end, it's going to win me so many opportunities and open so many doors and possibilities for my future.

"Fine, I'll go along with it."

"I knew you would do it!" She said as if she predicted that this was going to happen. "Remember I'll always be here for you when you need me." She says to me.

"Thanks. Wish me luck."

I didn't know what I was getting myself into, neither did I want to know.
