Somedays, I carry roses in guns
They caress me, floatin' ribbons
As I skip around this little town
On my head rests a floral crown
'N' kids braid my lush silky hair
For I'm to dance in the local fair
I'm adorned with nets and frills
I see soft love in the rolling hills
Swirlin' on tips of toes in crowd
I get round of applause, so loud
Then sun falls into a sleepy lake,
I rush home after eatin' my cake
At night, when I'm all by myself
I notice some thing on my shelf!
It's a silver box made of dreams
It glows softly, oh how it gleams
As I open it, carefully 'n' so slow
My eyes droop 'n' head falls low
I try to stay awake but still, I fail
For it comes to an end, every...
