Madoka opened her eyes and stood up. She was in a dark room, and Kyuubey was telling homura to make a contract with her. "Umm, I wish I could do whatever it takes to save Madoka." Kyuubey's tail wagged from side to side. "Your wish is granted" Homura was transformed into a magical girl, as Madoka watched in amazement. "Homura?" Madoka walked to her friend. Homura turned to her and disappeared. Madoka's eyes widened.

Kyuubey poked Madoka in curiosity. "Madoka, what are you doing here? I saw you die!"

Madoka cocked her head to the side in comfusion. "W-what? I didn't die"
