  So, I just recently looked into my book stats and over 80% of my readers are females 😙(Grrrrl power!)

   90% of my readers are Nigerians.

So it's safe to say that °•Numb•° is mostly read by female Nigerians.

Who does Munachi end up with?

  How many chapters would °•Numb•° have?

  Answer: Over a hundred chapters. Might be 120, 101, 199...🙃It's just going to be a looong novel.

Question 3:

What inspired you to write Numb?

Answer: My life.
  Sub question: How? Are you like Munachi or something behind the scenes?
Sub answer: Of course not😂 If anything I'm more like Silvana in real life 😂with a touch of Jasmine. I was inspired to write Numb by the different schools I'd attended from Js1-S1, the similarities, the differences and the people. Maybe that's why I feel like I'm better at writing out conversations, I use words you're more likely to hear on daily basis because I've heard most of them.
  Sub question: If so, then what brought up the love triangle that is your storyline?
Sub answer: Ooh, 😅🙃Well, in that case I'll say my love life.. I've never been in a love triangle though 🤔Arthur and Rooney both just somehow represent boys that I've loved and lost. And also I wanted to create something different, something with a theme of romance yet lacks the main romance (Most times we're just keeping up with Munachi and her friends, not Munachi and her love interest.. Interests)
Sub question: So it's the schools you attended? Your love life and the need to be unique that inspired you?
Sub answer: Yeeep 😁

Which character do you relate best with?

Answer: Silvana 😂😂But without the extravagant dancing that Nonso put up. Her life's almost like a mini-better version of my life.

Who's your favorite male character among Rooney and Arthur's friends and why?

Answer: It's obvious by now.... (Guess by commenting before you read the next line)

  Kenelum 😂😂Yesssss! This character is the bomb, I love how it feels like we all have a Kenelum in our life. Someone we hated then we just sorta stopped hating and now it's like 'hmm, you're actually not a terrible pos after all. wow. '

Answer: None😴 If I was Munachi I'd go with Nonso to be sincere.
  Sub question: But Rooney is just sooo fineeeeee and he helped Munachi overcome depression, no Nigerian boy does that. And besides Arthur is sooooooooo perfect too, he's social and he can dance.. Why Nonso?

  Is Williams a main character and if he is then why does he always seem to be in the sidelines.

Answer: No, Williams isn't a main character.
Sub question: What? How? But he is one of Munachi's best friends, aren't best friends supposed to also be MC's too?
Sub answers: They are though, but if you think about it Williams and Munachi aren't really close, I feel like he's more of Jasmine's best friend than any of them's (Munachi, Silvana) close friend.

  Is Chidinma really gay or she's just confused?

Answer: I'm not against LGBT 😂but literally Chidinma can't be a lesbian😂Maybe she's bi-sexual but she definitely has not yet figured it out.
  Sub question: So are you saying that she has done things with girls?
Sub answer: Things like what🤔 Yes, she's kissed girls, are you talking about the thing that rhymes with missors?

  Answer:🤔Hmmmn. Dry hump I guess, I wrote about this question in one of the first chapters of this book tho. But still, it's their sex life.. I'm not sure they've gone around broadcasting what they've done. Why ask me that? 🙂

Why are there so many cuss words and mature scenes in your novel?

Answer: It's a fiction that's based in real life man. In the real word teenagers cuss and do sexual things.

When do we find out what really happened to Rooney?

Answer: Soon enough we'll know everything. I've been dropping hints though. I'm sure most of us have probably figured out what happened.

Why do you always leave us in suspense? Worst, why do you always make our guesses wrong? Is this some ‘I'm a better writer’ thing that you're doing?

I grew up reading novels with great plot twists and I somehow became immune to some cliffhangers, like I could easily and accurately predict what happens next.

  And you did too.

Then I started reading some novels that made me think I could even predict the ending but then they go and shock me and I'm like ‘mind blown😱💥’ not just that but they actually make sense and I start seeing the codes I'd failed to decode.

   Reading those types of books helped me easily recognize patterns and pattern recognizing is basically intelligence.

  So yeah, I'm like sorta helping to increase your intelligence...

  Is this book moving at the pace you imagined it would?

Answer: No, it's far more slower and tbs it's mentally discouraging. My reads make me depressed a bit because it feels like no oneeees' reading and I want everyone to know this book exists.
Sub question: I said pace, not whatever you just typed. Paaace, like per chapters and storyline.
Sub answer: Oh😅Um... I knew that

Sub question: Wow, so young.. Should you even be writing a novel like this?
Sub answer: No, at the same time yes. I should because if we're all going to keep pretending that people my age never experienced at least one thing in this book then we're never going to move forward. 😑Like, it's called teenage pregnancy for a reason, teenagers do have sex, go to parties, drink, date, get cheated on, are bullied, become high school outcasts, fall in love and have their hearts heartbroken.
  So, why not write about it?

  Would there be any sex scenes in this book?

Answer: No. 😂I'm even trying to remove the steamy scenes, before I used to think that all making sense books must have sex scenes in them😴Faaaalse! After reading the Divergent, Tobias books and basically anything related to Divergent, I've realized that you don't even need a groping scene to hook people in. Just a great storyline.

How old were you when you started Numb?

Answer: 15? 🤔14? I started Numb on wattpad sinceeee, I remember it was the first term of SS1 when I was 14 but😂My mom made me put it down for a period of time.

😐(it's not funny, she almost killed me😂 because then it was so fricccking explicit, let's just say don't be giving a girl who's been on wattpad back in the wattpad smut era a book to write man😣)

  Is °•Numb•° the only book you've written so far?

Answer: 😳😳No wayyy! But it's the only book published on wattpad, I have a second book draft though on wattpad. I've been working on that for a while, but I'm not going to publish it till Numb's finished.

Okay, I don't want any one branching over from Numb to an incomplete book, I just want it to be almost completed before I officially start updating any chapter, I don't want that wait thing, like I want to stick to an updating schedule... And I can only do that when I have up to sixty available chapter drafts.

Sub answer: I can't really be specific, over fifty over hundred? 🤔I've been writing since I was able to write, my mother always hyped me and said ‘Wriiiiiite, I will publish them’.. Guess what? SHE NEVER DIDDDDDDDD! 😴I also wrote a lot in secondary school, I could illustrate well on them too (draw) A lot of girls loved my books back then, like loved it enough to hide it in between school notes and read..... While a teacher's teaching—😄😳What? Don't look at me like I'm some second Lucifer, I ain't never tell nobody to read my book instead of learning. I didn't distract nobody on purpose and I swear I lost out too, only God knows the number of teachers who seized my books eh.

   What made you start writing?

Answer: I don't really know, I'll say my love for creativity? I did not like telling stories, but I loved listening to stories. I wanted to tell stories without me actually 'telling' stories but 'writing' stories. Does that make sense?

Sub answer: 🤔I wanted to write a long book, a long book that had you eagerly swiping over pages after reading every last line (Scrolling over words in Wattpad) a book you grow up reading, a book that's long and you just dedicate time to reading it.

How do you feel when you receive negative feedback about this book?

Answer: I don't think I've received negative feedback though, but I've heard and I've seen people who say my book isn't Nigerian enough... How did I feel then? Acting on reflex, I became defensive...
Because I know that my book is Nigerian enough.

Sub question: What do they mean by ‘Nigerian enough’, what do you think are the traits a book must possess to be Nigerian enough? Do you really think Numb has those traits?

Sub answer: Hm, I think it does.
Nigerian enough probably refers to the use of Nigerian names, mention of Nigerian practices, integration of the Nigerian pigin language and what not. Which I do, so it confuses me when someone says Numb isn't Nigerian enough.
The traits a book should and must possess to be Nigerian enough, to me, does NOT EXIST. I would've said the author should be a legal citizen first and they should've lived in Nigeria for over fifteen years but it's all hoolabaloon, it's nonsense. A white person can write a Nigerian themed book as far as they have adequate knowledge and information about Nigeria, they can even make all their characters white and it'll still be a GOOD Nigerian themed book. So, to me it's all nonsense.

Sub question: What's nonsense?

Sub answer: Telling people what to do, condemning their works, saying a book isn't good enough. It's nonsense, especially when the person who does all that isn't a god who knows all. Just because you're used to a certain type of something, doesn't mean the other type is trash. Two sides of a coin.
