Personality: Jasmine is a brave, daring individual. She always up for a new adventure or for getting herself into trouble. She is bold and fun to be around because she always has something exciting up her sleeve. She always the first one to do what others are scared to do because she has very few fears, and the fears she has are always able to be conquered. She is also very laid back and cool. Relaxed and is the only one that can take certain things seriously. She is serious sometimes other times she like her older adoptive sister Wendy and hangs out with her and her friends who all love her even if she isn't a teen yet.

Past: Jasmine used to live in Austin, Texas with her parents and her twin sister,Jessica. They were killed 3 years ago in a shootout. The killer was found and put in jail for life. Jasmine was in a orphanage for a year before she was adopted. She now lives in Gravity Fall, Oregon with her new adoptive family. However when she was born she was born with a gift of ice and snow, she wears a snowflake necklace that helps her control her powers/
