Appearance: Similar to the appearance above however he has white skin, He has short black in like a sort of military buzz cut, and instead of a green shirt he has a red shirt.

Personality: Isaac can across a bit gruff since he had been in the military since he was 20 years old. He had been through a lot of battles with other bionic commandos, though recently society had asked that all Bionics where to be killed for possible riot in the future. He had been betrayed multiple times and also doesn't take looks or jokes toward his mechanical arm kindly. He does have a bit of a smaller quiet side and has a thing for ping pong too.

Powers: His body is rather durable with his bionic upgrades and he has enhanced strength too. His bionic arm functions as a grappling hook as well.

Weapons: Aside from his bionic arm, he carries a hand held M9 pistol, as well as UMP Sub machine gun on hand as well. 

Skills: He has skills with many different hand held weapons through the army, he also can hack computers with his bionic arms too. He is also good at hand to hand combat

Faults: Well he is susceptible to EMP grenades, though does have bionic upgrades he can still be injured by normal bullets and stab attacks. Plus he is also has a tendency to get lost as well, he's not great with directions.

Likes: Going out to the shooting range, fishing, and a nice game of ping pong

Dislikes: Betrayal by far, being used, being locked in a cell with no way out like some caged animal.

Backstory: Isaac was in the military ever since he was 20 years old. Though in his early years he was rather reckless and ended up costing him an arm and a bit of his left lung. However, when Isaac thought his life was over, special scientists were able to patch him up with bionic implants and he became part of the bionic commandos. He had been through a lot of battles with other bionic commandos to protect society for terrorists. For their battles the bionic commandos were looked at as heroes. However, as time went on, people began to fear them and thought that they would riot and rise up against society. So they were stripped of their bionic upgrades aside from the ones keeping them alive. They were forced into cells and to wait in them until the final decision for their fate was decided.

Status: Isaac was still in his cell, annoyed that his fate was now in the hands of officials that saw him as some sort of evil doer in the making. This was the biggest betrayal of his life, he had done so much with the other commandos for society and now there was the possibility that he was to be killed.
