Powers: enhanced senses and strength, enhanced agility. He also has a strange ability, he can control energy and cause small shockwaves with his punches. He gained this ability after an experiment gone wrong involving a chitauri power core after the battle of New York. When he does this, his hands and eyes glow bright blue. He usually tries to avoid using this ability unless he has no choice.

Likes: Reading, watching movies with everyone, spending time with family and friends, playing board games with Bruce, racing against Pietro, Sam and Rhodey, combat and learning Russian with Natasha, archery with Clint, helping Tony and Bruce in the lab, hanging out with Shuri and Peter, pranking most of the team except the girls because he isn't that stupid, making fun of Steve, Bucky, Thor, and Loki when they can't understand something of modern earth, fighting crime with Peter, coffee, chocolate, and dogs.

Dislikes: Hydra, Thanos, hurting people, any kind of criminals, especially rapists and killers, listening to politics on the weekends, not being able to go on missions, tests.

Backstory:

As a child, Dakota always had a way with technology. He and his brother also had a knack for trouble, always getting into messy situations. When they were 8, Dakota, his twin brother, their older brother and dad were in a serious car accident that left his twin brother James dead.As a child, Dakota always had a way with technology. When he was around 12, his dad and older brother began investigating a murder case, which eventually got leaked to Hydra. In order to keep their secrets safe, Hydra dispatched an assassin to silence them. Dakota found them both dead when he got home from school. He never truly got over it.

When he was about 14, he took an interest in hacking, coding, stuff like that. He began trying to find anything about who had his dad and brother killed. He eventually learned of Hydra, he then decided to continue his search.

When he was about 17, his hacking and searching landed him on S.H.I.E.L.D's radar. When he turned 18, Fury had him brought in. Dakota wasn't exactly cooperative, knocking several teeth out of an agent's mouth. Fury saw his potential and asked him to join. Dakota agreed and he got training from Clint Barton in combat.

He rose through S.H.I.E.L.D's ranks fairly quickly as he could complete a mission fairly well. He also began helping S.H.I.E.L.D's scientists in experiments. Until one day a mishap occurred, they were attempting to figure out the weapons hydra made with the Tesseract during World War 2 when a blast occurred and threw everyone back, unfortunately Dakota had been the closest, and he soon realized he could control energy. He also had his normal human senses enhanced as well as his strength and agility.

This caused Fury to put Dakota as a potential member for the Avengers Initiative. Dakota soon got control of his abilities. During the Battle of New York, Dakota kept the helicarrier safe from any attacks. A few months afterwards, Tony decided to help Dakota out, making him his very own suit, which in part would be powered by Dakota's abilities.

Dakota would upgrade the suit every now and then. When the events of Age of Ultron went down, Dakota helped the Avengers and even fought Ultron, although being beaten up. After that, Dakota made his new stealth operations suit and gear.

During the events of Captain America: Civil War, Dakota took Steve's side in the matter. During the airport battle though, he attempted to avoid fighting, not wanting to hurt anyone. He even saved Peter when a truck almost crushed him. When the rest of Steve's team was beaten and Rhodey was knocked out of the sky, Dakota attempted to save him, but was too late. He helped Tony get him to a hospital.

When questioned by Tony on why he didn't fight, Dakota simply said, "Because I'm not going to hurt my family." Tony made sure he wasn't arrested, Dakota eventually agreed to stay. He later helped Steve break the others out of the raft. He kept in contact with them. He then went back to working for S.H.I.E.L.D.

When Thanos' minions came for the stones, Dakota met up with Steve's team, ready to fight them. Once they were in Wakanda, Dakota helped prepare the defenses until the enemy would arrive. Once the remaining Black Order members came, Dakota helped fight back the army of outriders until he was overpowered, then Thor arrived and began decimating them.

Dakota took a few moments to banter with Thor until Vision was attacked. He joined the others as Thanos arrived, and tried to attack, but Thanos used the power stone to bring multiple trees down on him. Although Dakota didn't die from the snap, his entire family did.

During the 5 years after, Dakota helped protect innocents from people who took advantage of what had had happened. He was one of the first ones to return when he got the call. He reunited with the team and helped build the quantum tunnel. When the time heist happened, he went back to New York and ran into his younger self, he had to explain everything. He then erased his memories and rejoined the others in 2023. When he learned of Nat' s death, he was heartbroken, Nat was family, and they had lost her.

When it came to snapping their fingers, Dakota also wanted to do it, not wanting anyone else to die. He then reluctantly agreed to let Bruce do it. When Bruce snapped his fingers, Dakota's phone blew up with texts from his family, but then the compound was destroyed before he could answer.

Dakota was trapped under some rocks, but freed himself right after Steve had been beaten down. Dakota soon witnessed as everyone who had been snapped or survived came to their aid. Dakota took part in the battle, and when Thanos got the stones, attempted to kill him, but was thrown away. He then watched as Tony got the stones and snapped his fingers.

He then watched as Tony died from the injuries caused by the snap. After Tony's funeral, Dakota watched as Steve returned the stones, but stayed in the past.

Later on, Dakota helped start the new Avengers Initiative, being one of the first members.

Other: His older brother and dad were police officers who were murdered by a winter soldier. They were investigating a murder case, which got linked to Hydra, so Hydra dispatched a winter soldier to silence them. Dakota found them dead when he got home from school.
