Looks: Black and white orca coloured skin, no scales on 99% of his body except around his eyes, claws and nose, bright orange eyes, small teeth, black light themed aquatic lights, one spined sail on his back that looks like a dorsal fin. His tail is larger and thicker than a regular seawing tail, but much stronger than normal tails as well. Black horns and storm gray webbing on the spine and in between his claws. 

Personality: skittish, silent, nervous, and protective. 

Physical differences:

Seawings- have narrow wings for current gliding, water proof scales, sails from head to tail as well as chest to stomach, have luminescent scales from snout to tail, smaller builds and scales from greens to purples, have sharp teeth and claws for fighting, have gills for breathing under water

Orca- no wings, partial sail and no chest sail, dull teeth and claws, very few luminescent scales, no scales, black and white, bright orange eyes , partially sealed gills, larger lungs that are meant for air, very thin webbing in between talons.

Fears: his own tribe, storms, being unable to get to water, fire, sharks, being discovered.

Likes: Orcas ( killer whales) , fish, swimming, isolation, likes rainwings, painting and sculpting  

Backstory: 

(Slightly altered universe) 

Orca was born near the beginning of the sandwing succession and once he was seen as being physically different his parents had fled away with him and his him more towards the rain wing kingdom. They had found a cave nearby where the sandwings and seawings would never find him. He grew up and learned about the war and Blister from outside knowledge of skywings. Scarlet had found him as a small dragonet somehow near the kingdom of sky, he was very cold and weak from all that swimming but the queen had brought him in to the kingdom and placed him in a warm tub and began raising him with the help of two other dragons. He was kept safe from Blister and protected him as they raised him up.

Other: Orca needs to be in water constantly otherwise his skin will dry out and he will die. He is usually really happy and loves being with his family and doesn't mind that he is different from every other dragon.
