Bio: Penguin was friends with Bramble and Riddle, having met both of them at camp. However, when Bramble befriended Jerome, their friendship fell apart due to Penguin and Jerome. Years later, Penguin was badly injured by a vigilante, leaving him with a permanent limp. He was arrested but was broken out of jail but Bramble, something which managed to repair their friendship.
