Name: Peppermint

I like the name, I read ahead to the appearance to see if it fits and it does! Although peppermint is more of a green or red in my eyes blue seems like it would be really nice to. (I'm imagining white and blue peppermints at like a baby shower where the baby is gonna be a boy) 10/10

Appearance: Mostly white scales with pale blue accents. She has amber eyes and patches of scarlet scales around her body. Her horns and neck spikes are black. Peppermint's tail is thin, like an Icewing's, but doesn't have spikes on the end. She has one, large Skywing wing. (Her right wing is missing.) The underside of her wings have a small scarlet and red-orange gradient near the ends of the wing. She has mildly serrated claws, in between the sharpness of an Icewing's and a Skywing's.

I like that she isn't perfect, she has scattered scarlet scales (alliteration lol) and only one wing. I hope for a explanation as to how she lost her wing. Very descriptive. 10/10

What tribe are they: Icewing/Skywing

Personality: Very cheerful and peppy, and loves making friends. However, she kinda gets overprotective, and doesn't like trying things she's not comfortable with. She always tries to get her friends to do what she likes and has a bad habit of not listening to others. She often snaps at others when she's angry (although it's less like a ferocious, angry dragon, and more like an upset kitten), and she hates when people judge her lack of a wing. Is very annoying most of the time, but the few friends she has like her company a lot. Not very smart. Despite her cheerful attitude, she still is snobbish, and is a bit too obsessed with treasure.
Likes: Making friends, treasure, her friends
Dislikes: Being ignored, being made fun of, heights, trying things that are new (explanation in the backstory)
Skills: She can withstand colder temperatures, but nowhere near the level of a normal Icewing. Peppermint can also adapt to higher altitudes, although no one knows it because she can't fly anyway. No icebreath or firebreath.

I like that you incorporated the traits of both kinds of dragon that she is. So I'm assuming she could probably climb a tall mountain and be able to adapt to the altitude better? I like the comparison of her to an angry kitten <3 but shes a dragon afraid of heights?how come? 13/15 for your regular score but +10 points for your descriptiveness.

Family:
Mother: Rime - A former Second-circle dragon who was pulled down to the fifth circle because of Peppermint. She has frosty white scales and stone gray eyes.
Father: Moa (dead) - A Skywing who used to be in the Talons of Peace. Deep red with amber eyes.

Where does her blue come from? If its from and ancestor I'd like to know who. I like the names. The mother must be the Icewing since her father is a Skywing. 8/10

Other: Where her right wing is missing, there isn't any indication that a wing would have been there.

What happened? Was she born without the wing? 5 points

Backstory: Peppermint was hatched because Queen Snowfall had a secret mission that an Icewing would have a dragonet with a Skywing in an effort to create a dragonet with both Icebreath and Firebreath. Peppermnt's mother, Rime, was selected randomly for the mission. She found a Skywing who was part of the Talons of Peace named Moa, and they soon had a dragonet, Peppermint. However, when the dragonet turned out to not have either Icebreath or Firebreath, the Queen pushed Rime down to the fifth circle because of how the dragonet turned out a "failure". They had to move to a small house around the outskirts of the Ice Kingdom, and Rime killed Moa because she believed he was the one who made Peppermint the way she is. After years of living alone, Rime made Peppermint climb an extremely tall tree to test how much of a failure she was. Her mother said stuff as "it's new" and "it'll be a fun experience" to pressure her to keep climbing. Near the top of the tree, the branches couldn't support Peppermint's weight, and she fell and broke her left forearm, not being able to fly. After that, she started walking with a slight limp. That made Peppermint be weary of trying things she's not comfortable with. From that day onward, Rime didn't let Peppermint go outside until she made Peppermint walk to her first school, Jade Mountain Academy, with the rest of the Icewings.

Honestly her mother seems like a jerk and I sympathize for Peppermint. Why would she make her own ONE WINGED daughter climb a tree??? I would have liked more explanation about her life, unless she's just this young that she has a short backstory since she's had a short life. If you made a book of this I would read it. 15/20
